This symbol indicates that a variety is protected by Plant Breeders Rights (PBR).
All Seednet varieties are protected by PBR and unauthorised commercial propagation or any sale, conditioning, export, import or stocking of
propagating material is an infringement under the PBR Act (1994).
To purchase and grow Seednet PBR varieties, growers are required to agree to terms and conditions of the Seednet Variety License. This is a
Standard Industry Agreement adopted by the majority of crop variety breeders and commercialisation companies in Australia.
The License outlines all obligations of the purchaser, including what they can/cannot do with the seed and resulting grain production, payment
of End Point Royalties (EPR’s) and reporting of harvest details. As there are no signatures required on the License, growers are taken to have read,
understood and accepted the terms by accepting or using the seed.
The Seed License is provided to growers at the point of sale (resellers), on the websites: www.seednet.com.au and www.varietycentral.com.auSeednet National Office Seednet Partner Location Phone
