career goals of an individual with the immediate needs of
business. Our app generates a verified, portable record of hours
worked and skills demonstrated, improving visibility for individuals
and their supervisors.

1Problem
A skills gap is emerging. Employers can't find or retain qualified talent essential to their
operating models. Meanwhile frontline workers aren't being recognised for their
contributions, so lack a personal incentive to update their skills to meet a business need.

4How it Works
The employer issues a "Stamp" to their employee, containing information about
hours worked and skills demonstrated within a given timeframe. If verified by the
employee, this record is deemed true and is stored for life on Tendo.

9Ecosystem
Companies tend to fall in two categories: 1) organisations that offer training content
and sanction a qualification, and 2) digital companies displaying accreditations on the web.
Work is being done to bridge the gap between skill acquisition for knowledge workers, but
less so for frontline labor who also lack rigorous professional documents (CV, resume,
LinkedIn).
