Industrial washers are designed to last 30 000 cycles (Electrolux only). 450 G washers cost more to purchase due to their suspension design compared to 200 G washers,
however this means they may be installed in almost any location, are able to extract more water in the final spin and therefore have huge energy (kW) savings. Laundry is thus
processed quicker through the dryer and this reduced dryer usage means laundered items last longer. Chemical consumption costs over a machines life are actually more then
the machine investment, Electrolux washers when equipped with Smart Dosing, are able to weigh the load and adjust dosages according to loaded weight, which saves huge
amounts of chemicals and also improves rinsing results.

DRYERS
This product is the highest energy consumer in all laundries, insist on a dryer with Axial Airflow, which uses only 1kW per litre of evaporation. Older design dryers, which

are cheaper to purchase, utilise Radial Airflow as this is cheaper to manufacture, however results in a 20% energy consumption increase (1.2 kW per litre of evaporation).
Our dryers come standard with Axial Airflow and Residual Moisture Control (RMC) controls, which minimise energy consumption. Electrolux dryers are all imported with
reversing drums, which prevents “knotting” / “tangling” of large items and reduces energy consumption by up to 20%.
