• The warranty on downlights is from the date of purchase and against defects in the material and / or workmanship.
• This warranty is subject to the products being installed, wired, operated and used in accordance with the instructions and
specifications.
• Any alterations or modifications made to the products without permission will void the warranty.
• Particulars of any potential fault / defect must be notified within 28 days of any fault / defect being detected.
• Ambius will at its discretion repair, replace or refund any product found to be defective.
• The cost of replacement or repair of a defective product is limited to the price of the product only.
