- CI distribute all fares in fixed IDR currency
- All SITI publish fares in GDS applied 5% agent Commission
✦ Effective 1st June 2016, CI SOTO fare can be issued in Indonesia, no
commission apply
✦ ATPCO with agent commission 5% applied for SITI publish fare point to
point.
✦ Nett Fare Pricing (Check → Match → Quote) for route, stopover, open
jaw.
✦ Make sure one more time in Confidential Net Fare sheet for correct Fare

We will ignore those fake ticket and will cancel the

make a booking, so passenger able to receive notification in
time when Schedule /Seating change, Confirmation due long
stay, US Secure Flight Data, etc.
For example passenger mobile number is 0812-3344-5566,

please omit.
Email address is happy.all_day@long.com both request
receiving notification in English(EN).

➢ SEMN data (Ship name, Seaman agency at destination,
Contact Person, Seaman ID) must be input in SSR. Please
contact us to request SEMN OKB after it.
➢ For SEMN OKB to TPE, please advice your seaman agent to
send the Seaman Guarantee Letter to China Airlines office at
Taipei by :

➢ CI has authority to offload any seaman pax who do not have
OKB or failed to show complete document upon check-in
16Transit Hotel at Taoyuan Airport
➢ No free Transit Hotel offered to all type of passengers ticket.

✓ Before doing revalidation, agents should thoroughly verify
whether the following criteria on the ticket could be met by
the new reservation (Carrier code, RBD, fare rule, and the
restriction in ENDOBOX. For example applicable flight
number, date, embargo date, validity)
✓ Any mistakes/violation will be charged ADM with
administration fee IDR750,000 (Asia/Guam/Koror/Regional)
and IDR1,500,000 (USA/YVR/EUR) per ticket
