                          Chief Executive Officer
                          Andreas Steyer has more than 30 years of experience
                          in the real estate industry. Before Consus, he built
                          one of the leading listed commercial real estate
                          companies in the world and in the process increased
                          its market capitalization from 5 million to over 200
                          million Euro. He was previously Managing Director
                          of Deka Immobilien and Partner at Ernst & Young
                          Real Estate and Arthur Andersen.

                              BENJAMIN LEE
                           Chief Financial Officer
  Benjamin Lee has over 25 years of experience in the
  financial industry, 14 years of which he worked in the
  investment banking sector at UBS in London. He also
  worked for the Consus major shareholder Aggregate
  Holding. Lee also has 5 years’ experience as CFO at
                                       a listed company.

                          THEO GORENS
                          Chief Risk Officer und Deputy CFO
                          Theo Gorens started his career with KPMG in Am-
                          sterdam and later in Frankfurt. Afterwards, he be-
                          came CFO of the Fortis ABN AMRO Group, and
                          later a member of the extended management
                          board of Bethmann Bank AG. From 2012 he was a
                          member of the Executive Board of the SSN Group
                          AG and was instrumental in the company's devel-
                          opment.

In the south of Cologne-Mülheim, industrial history was
written by global corporations such as Klöckner-Hum-
boldt-Deutz at the end of the 18th century. Now the
CG Group is developing a new project there: the CO-
LOGNEO, a large and lively quarter. The COLOGNEO
will be built in three sections (COLOGNEO I-III) in the
former industrial area close to the Mülheim port and
not far from the Cologne Exhibition Grounds. The at-
