or office with original art. garden, food court, and more!

Environmental Board (CHEB) collaborate to bring you a number
of trail-related activities and clean-up’s including National Public

AGREEMENT
Sponsor hereby agrees to waive, release and hold harmless Cherry Hill Township, all of its affiliates, employees, agents,
representatives and successors from any and all claims or causes against Cherry Hill Township that may arise as a result in
any action resulting from said services; and
Sponsor is required to submit a certificate of insurance naming Cherry Hill Township, all of its affiliates, employees, agents,
representatives and successors as additional insured on general liability including Products & Completed Operations
Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of liability per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage of one
million ($1,000,000) dollars and evidence of auto liability and workers comp.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the
remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed
herefrom.
