NEW and IMPROVED
The Boxer 500 Series has recently been
redesigned to provide even greater
productivity on the jobsite. The updated
Boxer packs more punch including increased
operating and tip capacities; offers a
wider wheelbase for improved stability,
better sight lines for operator visibility, longer
reach and increased dump height for loading
and unloading materials and more ground
speed to reduce cycle times. The operator
station has also been simplified to help
reduce operator fatigue and promote ease
of operation.
BOTTOM-LINE PRODUCTIVITY
1,050 lbs (476 kg)! That is the operating capacity of the new 526DX
diesel model, more than any other mini-skid/compact utility loader
available on the market today and the first mini-skid in the world with
a tip capacity of over a ton. The Boxer 526DX is powered by a 26.1 hp
(19.5 kW) Perkins liquid-cooled diesel engine. The 500 Series is also
available as an unleaded gas model, the 530X, that offers an operat-
ing capacity of 825 lbs (374 kg). The 530X is powered by a Kohler Air
Cooled 30 hp (22.4 kW) engine.
The 500 Series machines are Tier III compliant and come equipped with
a two-pump, 3000 psi (207 Bar) hydraulic operating system that devel-
ops 14.5 gpm (54.88 L/min) of hydraulic flow to run the machine’s aux-
iliary and travel systems. Combined, the engines and hydraulic systems
give the Boxer 500 Series the muscle to handle full size attachments like
a 36” (91.4 cm) auger or 48” (121.9 cm) trencher. Bottom line, the Boxer
500 Series offers the power needed to get a wide range of jobs done
quickly and more cost-effectively.
HOW DO YOU FIT a 43.5”
MACHINE THROUGH a 36” GATE?
The answer is easy. The Boxer 500 Series mini-skids are
the only machines on the market to offer an integrated
track-widening system. The variable track offers a fully extended
width of 43.5” (110.5 cm) and a retracted width of 35” (87.6
cm). A lever on the control panel allows the operator to vary
the track width of the machine to maneuver through tight
areas, such as gates and sidewalks, then extend to full width

SAFE and EASY OPERATION
Unlike skid steers, Boxer mini-skids provide
360-degree visibility of the work area for
increased operator safety. The cushioned ride
of the stand-on operator platform provides the
highest level of comfort and visibility. The
wheelbase has also been increased to 37”
(17.8 cm) to provide increased safety and
stability. The Boxer’s ergonomically designed
control panel, familiar skid steer-style
operation and quick attach system enable the
user to quickly and easily switch attachments
for optimum productivity and bottom-line
performance. The Boxer also features a
hydraulic flow control system that can be
implemented when using
an attachment that
requires high
engagement speed
and slower travel,
such as a trencher.

SYSTEM TRAILER
The 500 Series is also available as a package with a ProHauler system trailer, designed and equipped to
accommodate the Boxer and a package of standard attachments. Great for a contractor in the field, the busy rental store or as a
starter package for someone purchasing their first mini-skid system. The 500 Series’ system trailers are available in
5’ x 10’ (152.4 x 304.8 cm) or 6’ x 12’ (182.9 x 365.8 cm) sizes and are easily towable with a 3/4-ton (680.4 kg) pick-up
truck. The trailer is equipped with storage receptacles for each attachment, comes standard with chains and binders
to keep the attachments in place while in transit and includes either a 2” (5.1 cm) coupler or 2-5/16” (5.9 cm)
coupler for towing.
The trailer has built-in receptacles for a 44” (111.8 cm) bucket, leveler that doubles as a carryall, 36” x 6” (91.4 x 15.2 cm)
trencher, auger power head with 9” (22.9 cm), 15” (38.1 cm), 18” (45.7 cm) and 30” (76.2 cm) auger bits, adjustable lifting
forks, a tiller and a multi-purpose tool that includes a scarifier.
