Regional Geology – Treaty Creek Area

                                        •   Treaty Creek is on the east flank of the McTagg Anticlinorium,
                                            which forms a north-south oriented Dome
                                        •   Numerous mineral deposits are situated along the edges of
                                            the Dome, near the Upper Triassic - Lower Jurassic contact –
                                            termed the “Kyba Red Line”
                                        •   Treaty Creek is underlain by the same age geological units
                                            that host all the major deposits in the Golden Triangle

                                        Top 300-500m below surface that averages ~0.8-1.5 g/t Au and 3.0-6.0 g/t Ag.
                                        Hosted below the upper Treaty Creek thrust and within the V4FRAG lithology.

                                        CS600
                                        Deep horizon of copper values, seen from 400-800m depth, named the ‘Copper
                                        Stream 600’. Located near the contact between the fragmental and fine
                                        grained footwall series. Runs near parallel to the upper Treaty Creek thrust.
                                        Averages 1.03 AuEq (0.67 g/t Au; 5.3 g/t Ag; 0.201% Cu).

                                        Deep Stockwork
                                        Large interval with significantly increased / mineralized quartz-carb stockworks.
                                        Intercepted at the end of step out hole GS-19-47.
                                        From 933.5-1176.5m (243m): 0.996 AuEq (0.908 g/t Au; 4.80 g/t Ag; 207 ppm Cu),

                                        Equivalents were determined using two-year travelling averages of Au (1322
                                        USD/oz); Ag (15.91 USD/oz); Cu (2.86 USD/lb)

 towards the NW.                                                          Monzonite intrusive hosting trace-1% Cpy+Mo and 3-5% Py within
                                                                          stockworking qtz-carb veinlets. Trace disseminated Cpy+Py
 • Hosts roughly equal 5-10mm porphyritic plagioclase + alkali feldspar

 •   Various chlorite/sericite altered mafics and quartz
