ROSARY FOR AMERICA - This past Wednesday, October 7th was the Feast of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. THE ANGEL WINDOWS ARE BACK - A couple of months ago I let you know about various repairs in the church including the repair of two stained glass windows of angels in the Sacred Heart Chapel of the church. This past week Judson Studios returned the windows and reinstalled them. They now have been fully restored and look absolutely marvelous! Hopefully soon you'll be able to see them in person. PROGRESS ON THE BATHROOMS - The women's bathroom of the church has now been finished and it looks great! Now the work will begin on the men's bathroom. This has been a project that has been pending for years so I'm very pleased that it is finally getting done. FINANCIAL CONCERNS - As many of you know, we currently are only permitted to have 2 in-person Sunday Masses outdoors. This is a significant reduction from the pre-pandemic and indoor Masses. As a result, the ordinary Sunday collection is anything but "ordinary!" Our expenses have actually increased now due to the Archdiocese reactivating the monthly assessment. Of course, the Archdiocese also has many expenses. The timing of this reactivation of the monthly assessment has caused a lot of stress on our current budget as things were already quite tight. We invite all parishioners to prayerfully consider tithing and our online donation portal to make giving easy and automatic.
