“Éste es mi mandamiento: que se amen los unos a los otros como yo los he amado. Nadie
tiene amor más grande a sus amigos que el que da la vida por ellos”.
Querida familia, muy buena semana, espero se encuentren bien en el Señor. La Frase del
Evangelio que elijo para reflexionar esta semana es la siguiente: “Éste es mi mandamiento:
que se amen los unos a los otros como yo los he amado. Nadie tiene amor más grande a
sus amigos que el que da la vida por ellos”. Parece una imagen, a simple vista, muy fácil de
practicar pero la pregunta es: ¿realmente es fácil practicar esto que nos pide el Señor?, El
Señor nos pide que nos amemos los unos a los otros como Él nos amó. Dos puntos: el
primero, es entender el amor del Señor por cada uno de nosotros, ¿hasta donde llega el
amor de Dios? De un Dios que no se reservó nada y nos amó hasta el extremo, hasta dar la vida; si miramos la imagen de la Cruz
creo no nos costaría entender hasta donde lleva este amor, es un amor sin reservas que difícilmente lo vivimos nosotros, veo que
aquí tenemos mucho que aprender, sobre todo cuando nosotros intentamos amar con nuestro amor a medias y egoísta que no se
da por entero y reserva mucho para nosotros mismos. Si pensamos en el amor de Dios y vemos la Cruz, ¿quién podría entender
esto?, “pero nosotros predicamos a Cristo crucificado, piedra de tropiezo para los judíos, y necedad para los gentiles” 1 Cor 1; 23.
; muy pocos entendieron, y entienden, esta locura de amor. Pero si nosotros intentamos entender y vivir este amor es como
conseguimos la santidad, porque este es el verdadero amor que debemos vivir, un amor oblativo, agápico, no erótico ni
interesado, un amor que se da plenamente sin importar a quién y como, solo se da y aquí no hay limite, ni el cansancio, ni la raza,
ni el color, solo se da y se seguirá dando, miremos a la Madre Teresa, para mi este es el ejemplo más claro que podemos tener en
nuestra vida, esta mujer irradió este mandamiento: “Dios ama todavía al mundo y nos envía a ti y a mi para que seamos su amor
y su compasión por los pobres”, esta frase de la Madre Teresa refleja su integridad de vida en el amor y lo que ella hizo día a día,
esta frase no solo la dijo si no que la vivió hasta el cansancio, pero el cansancio de los buenos, esto estaba expresado en su
rostro, arrugas llenas de amor por el prójimo, ¿quién podría cuestionar este amor en Madre Teresa?. Esto es nuestro desafío,
¿podremos amar como estos santos y dar lo mejor de nosotros de forma totalmente oblativa?. El segundo punto es: ¿pensamos
realmente como Jesús nos amó?, a mi pobre entender creo que no, porque si nosotros entenderíamos el amor de Dios por
nosotros no andaríamos mendigando amor por todas partes como lo hacemos muchas veces y encontraríamos la fuente del amor
en El y solo en El, pero somos tan frágiles que muchas veces tenemos que mendigar amor para tratar de entender, a duras penas,
lo que el Señor nos ama, y ¿por qué digo a duras penas?, porque no somos plenamente conscientes de este amor, no lo
entendemos, inclusive los que somos de Fe, no entendemos hasta donde llega el amor de Dios por cada uno de nosotros y lo que
El es capaz de hacer por mi y por ti, por cada uno de nosotros. Porque no me queda ninguna duda de que si realmente tomamos
consciencia de este amor no lo mendigaríamos afuera y transformaríamos todo a nuestro paso. Daríamos forma absolutamente a

Una vez una mujer me preguntó en una parroquia: Padre: ¿Cómo puedo hacer para creer en la gente y amarla?, creer y amarla, es

cuando le pregunté por su vida ella me dijo que había sufrido mucho desde pequeña y había tenido en gran parte de su infancia,
violencia familiar. Era de entender. Claro, como podía confiar y amar si ella había experimentado desde pequeña el rechazo de los
más cercanos, habían herido su vida, no era fácil. La única forma, fue hacer un camino de sanación, recuerdo el proceso, la
acompañé mucho tiempo. No fue fácil para ella porque tuvo que volver a empezar de cero, a salir al encuentro de los otros,
tratando de confiar que no todos eran como ella pensaba por la experiencia que había vivido en su infancia. Ahora ella estaba
cambiando de paradigma, nuevo paradigma, amar, intentar amar, de forma oblativa. El camino recién había empezado y día a día
debía de entregarse más para amar como Jesús. Ella lo hizo, y estoy seguro, lo sigue haciendo a pesar de que cada paso que da
es una prueba y desafío muy grande para ella porque debe empezar a creer cada vez que genera una relación nueva, y solo luego
de que cree puede amar. Estoy orgulloso del proceso que ella hizo y sigue haciendo, con la vida y el estilo de amor de Dios. ¿no
será que todos tendremos que aprender de “ella” para vivir en plenitud las exigencias de amor de Dios?. Estaré rezando por esto y

La Espiritualidad del comunicador Cristiano
En general "espiritualidad" se entiende como una existencia religiosa comprometida. El
elemento más importante de esta espiritualidad con compromiso de fe es
la experiencia personal de Dios. De esa experiencia vienen un entendimiento y una
comprensión también personales de esa relación con Dios, así como una actitud básica,
práctica y habitual, que gobierne la vida del sujeto (Alphonso 1994: 11). Y así hay una
espiritualidad hindú, budista, musulmana y cristiana. La espiritualidad cristiana es la forma
en que una persona, que está animada por la presencia viva y por la acción del Espíritu de
Cristo, reacciona y actúa habitualmente de acuerdo a Él (Alphonso 1994: 14-15). De esta
forma la espiritualidad cristiana abarca toda la persona humana (cuerpo, alma, espíritu)
(Principe 1993: 932). Para S. Pablo una persona es espiritual, cuando todo su ser y toda su
vida están ordenados, dirigidos e influenciados por el Espíritu de Dios (Pneuua
Qeou Pneuma Theou; Spiritus Dei - ver 1 Cor 2:12, 14) (cfr. Principe 1993: 931), por su
aliento, que es vida. Es la actualización del espíritu de Jesús (Sobrino 1985: 8). La
renovación de la teología bíblica y una mayor conciencia de la pneumatología en Occidente
ayudaron a ver la importancia de S. Pablo (Rom 8, 29, 16-17) en la espiritualidad.
“El es el Rey de la Gloria”
Espiritualidad es el encuentro entre el Espíritu Santo y nuestro espíritu con sus Este fragmento del Salmo 24,
