institutional personnel to serve as SACSCOC
     peer reviewers and notifying SACSCOC
about changes in Accreditation Liaison or
     CEO

     reflects your institution’s off-campus
     instructional sites

• Evaluator portal
   • Pandemic has delayed implementation of
     some functionality.

Document Management System
• Finalizing internal planning and programming
• Pilot testing with selected institutional accreditation liaisons to begin
  soon
• Available fall 2021 or early 2022 for institutional submissions
   • Submissions will need to be compressed/zipped files with the maximum size =
10 gig (including all narratives and supporting documents); institutions can
begin testing internally to make sure that submissions can be “zipped” and
“unzipped” without causing problems (like broken links, etc.)

Until the Institutional Portal allows the uploading of documents, please use the
following procedures:
• Assemble the narrative and supporting documentation into a single zipped
(compressed) file. Once extracted, all hyperlinks in the narrative document(s)
should open documents included in the extracted zipped file rather than linking
  to external resources.

• File names should conform to the naming conventions of the program used to
create the compressed file. Some characters may not allow all of the files to be
included in the compressed file. Do not include an “autorun” file.

• Documents should be bookmarked, indexed, and searchable. Some third-party
vendors offer the option of an HTML or PDF format; either format is acceptable,
provided the documents are easy for peer reviewers to access and navigate.
