● A bit expensive, but a very safe and attractive area

Roommate Needed
Hey everyone! I have a bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house available now, move-in date is negotiable. It’s
walking distance to NCSU main campus and Cameron Village and a 5 minute drive from the vet school (no dealing with
traffic in the morning!). Off street parking and washer and dryer in-house. Most of the house is furnished, you just have to
furnish your bedroom. Pet friendly as long as your pets are okay with cats (I have 4). I'm a second year vet student, will be
a 3rd year this coming Fall, so I like to keep things low-key and quiet. $700 a month with utilities.

Housing Information for Class of 2023 Room for Rent Potential room availability in a beautiful 2br, 2ba apartment at Wildwoods of Lake Johnson. The apartment has updated appliances, granite countertops, and is a 20 second walk to 5+ miles of trails around Lake Johnson (you can see the lake from the back window)! It is also an easy 5-10 minute drive to school, down the street from Cary Crossroads shopping, and 2 minutes to the 440 and 40 interchanges. Rent is about $620 a month (utilities not included). Townhome is located near Avent Ferry Road and Tryon Road (10 minutes from campus). Rent is currently $505 a month per person plus utilities (usually between $65-80/month). The living room is fully furnished, and there is a spacious deck overlooking a nice wooded area. There is a one car garage, and plenty of parking available next to the unit. The house is in a very friendly, quiet cul-de-sac off of Glenwood Ave. It is also close to many stores and restaurants, including a Target, movie theater, Lowe’s, Food Lion, and Lynnwood Brewing about a block away. There is a decent sized backyard and is pet friendly. Rent is $430/month and utilities are usually between $50-$90/month depending on the time of year. Lease begins July 1st. I have absolutely loved living here the past 2 years. The neighborhood is incredibly friendly and people are willing to help when needed. We have had no trouble with our landlord. It’s a great location and is close to pretty much all major stores. It’s a good-sized house with both a dining room and living room as well as an attached garage. It’s definitely a great value given the price, location, size, and quality of the house. Housing Information for Class of 2023 Two Bedrooms Available in a 3Br/2Bth Apartment Located at the Wildwoods of Lake Johnson (1131 Lupine Court) approximately 6 miles from the veterinary school, this apartment offers about a 10 minute commute to the CVM. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space. One room contains its own bathroom equipped with toilet, sink, and shower. The other two rooms share a toilet and shower while each individual has their own sink. All bedrooms have walk in closets and all rooms have wonderful views with plenty of sunlight. Roommate Needed
My name is Catherine Ballard and I’m in the class of 2020. I am currently in a 2 bedroom apartment in Colonial Grand at
Trinity Commons Apartments (1140 Trinity Pine Lane, Raleigh, NC 27607) and I am looking for a female roommate
beginning mid-June for the 2019/2020 class year. The pet limit has already been reached as I have 1 dog and 1 cat, so I
would not be able to house anymore pets unfortunately. The available room has its own bathroom attached to it and the
living room and kitchen/dining area are already furnished (bedroom is unfurnished). The apartment also has its own
laundry room with washer and dryer and an unfurnished study room. Wifi and cable is currently set-up as well. Rent is
roughly $600 per month plus $50-100 for utilities per month. The apartment complex itself is only about a 5-8 min drive
from the vet school and within walking distance of the PNC arena and fairgrounds. The complex also has 2 swimming
pools, 24 hr fitness, and a tennis court.

Raleigh. The house has an outdoor patio, yard, and large vegetable garden. The house is completely furnished,
including the kitchen, so the only room that needs furniture is your bedroom.
● Our general lifestyle is quiet, with occasional guests over, and respectful, as we understand the needs of a vet
student!

I have a home near the NCSU farms and I have rooms to rent to vet school students and grad students. The house is on
2 acres and I keep chickens so vet school students should feel right at home. The rooms are on my upper floor and could
house up to 3 students or a small family. Rent includes utilities and wifi.
Room 1 is 14x18 with 1 closet - rent is $450
Room 2 is 14x26 with 1 closet - rent is $550
The rooms share a bath. Everyone in the house shares the large country kitchen and eating area downstairs. The house
has large back deck, fenced back yard and property has room for gardening if desired.
Just off Ten-Ten Road, close to grocery and restaurants by car or bike. Part of the rent can be exchanged for yard work.
