Escape to Donegal and relax with a bespoke Yoga Weekend at Lough Eske Castle in association with
Yoga Mara. Enjoy an informal programme in one of Ireland’s top hotels set amongst 43 acres of
woodland by Lough Eske at the base of the Bluestack Mountains. Lead by Galway native sisters,
Rachel and Hannah Healy, Yoga Mara Escapes focuses on bringing balance and calm back into our
hectic lives through yoga, mindfulness, good food and great company.

The package includes luxurious accommodation in a Deluxe Guestroom for two evenings, with
breakfast the following morning, four intimate Yoga classes with the Yoga Mara team across the
weekend, dinner each evening in Cedars Restaurant with a curated menu from Escape Chef Finn Ni
Fhaolain, a private Chef, marine scientist and food writer – Finn’s cookbook has endless delicious
meals that are full of health benefits, learn hands-on with a cooking demonstration from Finn during
the weekend.

16:00pm:          Arrival for check in and welcome refreshments

18:30pm:	Condensed Yin Yoga Class (40 mins) followed by Yoga Nidra (20 mins)

19:45pm:          3 x course dinner served in Cedars Restaurant

Day 2:

7:30am onwards:   Light pre-yoga snack

8:00am:           Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

09:30am:          Breakfast served in Cedars Restaurant

12:00pm:          Hands on cooking demo with Escape chef, Finn Ni Fhaolain.

	Guests will learn the benefits of including Seaweed in their diet with some
  delicious recipes to take home. The cooking demo will include all local,
  Donegal produce and highlight the importance of a healthy, balanced diet.

Lunch:            At guests own disposal

13:30pm:          Optional Advanced Yoga class

Time At Leisure   Optional Spa treatment, hike, surf lesson etc.
