Multiple distribution solutions are offered including one-off bulk delivery to Clubhouse through to complete outsourced
webshop-to-members-home delivery service
A huge range of undecorated stock of both on-field and off-field items are held in Sydney warehouse and are able to be
despatched on the day the order is received
These items are displayed at www.surridgesport.com.au including current stock levels
These items are able to be decorated locally, including embroidery of club logos and printing of sponsors logos as well as player names and numbers
Decoration costs and timeframes can be provided once artworks and quantities are confirmed but generally we allow about a week for each type of
decoration
Timing
For bespoke, customised garments such as dye sublimation shirts, pants and caps, the following process is recommended:
Customers can create their own design and add their club and sponsors logos using SURRIDGE KIT BUILDER (all logos are required in editable vector format
such as eps) – Surridge can provide design and redraw services for a nominal fee
A sample is sent to customers for physical approval and production takes approximately 15 days from approval of the physical sample
Completed garments will be airfreighted
Deposit of 50% is due when order is placed and outstanding 50% balance is payable on delivery
Payment Production will commence once 50% deposit is received
All prices shown in this presentation are exclusive of GST

Cost effective solution for custom designs with multiple sponsors logos
Dye-sub printing is a digital printing technology using full color artwork that works with polyester and polymer-coated substrates
In sublimation printing, unique sublimation dyes are transferred to sheets of transfer paper via liquid gel ink
What is Dye
After the digital design is printed onto sublimation transfer sheets, it is placed on a heat press along with the substrate to be

This process is ideal for custom designs or when multiple sponsors logos are to be applied to a garment as the complete
artwork (including all sponsors logos) is applied in a single process which is very cost effective.

Webshop • We can consistently despatch online orders directly to home addresses within 72 hours of receipt of the order
(Monday to Friday) unless the garment requires local decoration. Timeframes to dispatch items requiring local
decoration will vary dependent on type of decoration (embroidery vs heat press), number of logos and time of
the year (peak times will result in some delays).

How to purchase an item via the webshop:

• Customer selects item and ‘ADD TO CART’
• Next screen shows image of the item and confirms available
stock on hand (across all sizes)
• Drop down list allows customer to select SIZE REQUIRED
• Customer selects the ‘QUANTITY REQUIRED’ and ‘ADD TO CART’
• Customer then selects ‘SHOPPING CART’, ticks the box for
agreeing to terms of service and selects the ‘CHECK OUT’
button
• Customer is then given the choice of checking out as a ‘GUEST’
or ‘REGISTERING’ their details (to make future orders easier)
• Customer enters their shipping address details and pays by
credit card
• Item is picked, packed and despatched from Mount Kuring-Gai
