around the world. We are able to offer rare shapes, some of which have been designed and produced over 100 years ago.

Tea or food can stain the enamel. That’s natural process and don’t worry when it happens.

To submit your order, please contact us at emalco@emalco.com the
SUBMIT YOUR 1. Your design – please use our dielines from the presentation to create it. If you need
ORDER any help in the designing process, feel free to email us. Save the graphics
as a vector in a .pdf, .eps or .ai file.
You can find the detailed specification for the graphic design here.
Please use colors from the dieline only.
2. Your order details should contain:
- Shape
- Size
- Quantity (min. 200 - for mugs and tumblers, min. 100 - for bowls, plates, candle
holders, and saucepans)
- Packaging option and stickers information
If your design is not ready yet, please attach the information about placement and
quantity of graphics that you would like on your dish. Up to 3 graphic colors are
available in the standard pricing offer.
The production time differs among the year and you will be notified about yours. If
you're planning to have your mugs done for some special occasion (e.g. Christmas) it
will be safe to contact us a quarter earlier. Otherwise, the standard lead time is usually
7-10 weeks.
