The “5 th Data Center Turkey 2018 Conference”; will be organized at Wyndham Grand
İstanbul Levent Hotel on May 8, 2018 in collaboration between “BASID”; (Association of
Information Technology Infrastructure Companies) and “BICSI”; (Building Industry
Consulting Service Industry).
Since its first year, the Data Center Conference is one of the most national important events
in this field, where industrial developments and innovations in the sector are shared, and
information exchange is provided among technology providers, researchers and
practitioners and public and private organizations that are in need of technology. Main
objectives of this conference include making contributions to increasing scientific
knowledge in this field and improving cooperation between organizations and sector in
Turkey, besides creating business development opportunities in terms of data center
establishment, structuring and cloud infrastructure, which are important for all sectors.
Main theme of this year Data Center Turkey Conference is “the Future of Data Centers and
Hybrid Cloud Structure”; The new lifestyle called the Internet of Things, which is created by
online devices that influence all parts of our lives, makes our lives easier by enabling provision
of new services through analysis of big data, improves our effectiveness and productivity,
and changes our expectations and the way we do business. Organizations that are willing to
integrate with new technologies are need to restructure their processes in terms of Big Data
and Hybrid Cloud Structure and create data center architecture that will be able to host
these new technologies and meet new business needs.
During the conference, presentations will be made in two halls; specialist speakers will make
theoretical presentations and our distinguished sponsors will make presentations about
future technologies, which will contribute greatly to have a more productive and useful
conference.
We wish this conference will make contributions to local and international data centers

2012 ASSOCIATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE COPANIES The short name for the "Association of Information Technology Infrastructure System Professionals" that is established by managers of information technology infrastructure companies is BASİD. The purpose of our association is to become a sectoral association that represents the field of companies operating in the information technology industry (information and communication technologies, network technologies, infrastructure systems, industrial hardware and software production, audio, data and video systems). Our association makes efforts and operates to contribute to training and employment, monitor the developments in technology, establish legal and organizational infrastructure, ensure the growth of sector and market, create and implement standards for the network and communication industry. (BICSI) began in 1974 as an industry association to service the needs of telecommunications consultants (formerly known as building industry consultants - BICs). As the field of telecommunications has grown, so has the breadth of BICSI. BICSI now services the needs of all professionals who work in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. /datacenterturkiye datacenterturkiye.com 21TERMS & CO ND I T I O N S DATA CENTER TURKEY 2018 CONFERENCE • This is an invitation-only event and therefore only invitation holders can participate. • Booths in the Foyer will be as specified in the packages and will be provided by Data Center Turkey. They will include power supply, hotel table and two chairs WITHOUT PC/Laptop and plasma screen. • Any animation on or around the booth ( contests, show, etc.) has to be submitted by Data Center Turkey for approval , at least 4 weeks prior to the conference day. • Sales literature , product descriptions of any sales nature , and any sales demonstrations may only be displayed/distributed/demonstrated within the booths area. • Only companies that have been officially invited and have registered with the duly signed and accepted registration form may display and/or present their products and services. Any promotion for non-conference related products or services (including competing overs ) will not be allowed. • Setup time and informations for stands will be sent by the conference organization agency RasyoWorks. • As for the special stand design, the companies that need service should contact the organization agency RasyoWorks at least 30 days before the conference. • All sponsors must tailor their presentations according to the brief. Presentations must be submitted to Data Center Turkey at least one week prior to the event. Data Center Turkey will not allow presentations that are not shared with Data Center Turkey before the event to be displayed in sessions. • Any direct or indirect recruitment activities are strictly forbidden during the conference. • Data Center Turkey holds the right to make changes to the conference agenda. • All amounts mentioned are in Euro, VAT excluded.
