Non City Resident Fee:
Non city residents must pay an additional $20
fee per program or activity.
On-going Programs:
Please note that on-going programs will ex-
pire February 28, 2021 and require registering
again.

PRCF cannot take cash as a form of
payment for any of the programs that we
offer. We accept money orders, cashier checks,
credit cards, and personal checks. Checks and
money orders should be made payable to “City
of Richmond.”

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities operate seven municipal cemeteries. Although all of
the cemeteries have historical interest, the four that are particularly noteworthy are the following:
Shockoe Hill Cemetery Historic St. John’s Church Cemetery
