We cannot thank you enough for registering for the 2020 Easterseals/CAI
Volleyball Challenge. We would not be successful without your support.
To help get your fundraising wheels turning, we created this toolkit with some
ideas of local companies who host fundraising events for non-profits like
Easterseals. This is a one stop shop with information about fundraisers, locations
and how to get started.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Host a Giveback and Anthony’s donates 20% of the sales generated by your
event attendees back to the cause.
• Anthony’s will design a custom flyer used to promote the Giveback.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Applebee’s offers to open their restaurants during non-operating hours to help
you raise money by selling set breakfast plates. To get started, click on the
website above.
• The group sets the price for breakfast depending on their fundraising goals. $4
per ticket on the day of event will be given back to Applebee’s. There is a $100
deposit to secure the reservation.
• Easterseals or the fundraising group can provide volunteers to greet, serve, and
clean up.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Arby’s will donate 10% of sales from your Benefit Night to support your non-
profit.
• Your non-profit will coordinate the event with an Arby’s representative at least
one month prior to the desired date. Then a three hour time period will be
selected to best meet the needs of your Benefit Night.
• Benefit Nights will take place on Sundays through Wednesdays. An Arby’s
representative will email you a sign and flyers to distribute. The non-profit is
responsible for advertising.

Host a lunch/dinner and carry out event and Argilla Brewing Co. will donate 15% of your
bill to Easterseals.

Boston Market’s Restaurant Night
15% of all pre-tax sales generated from your fundraising event will go to Easterseals.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Download the Fundraising Application Form.
• Complete the form and submit to the manager of your local Boston Market
restaurant.
• Our manager will work with you to set a date for your fundraising event.
• Don’t forget to download your event flyer and tickets.
• Once you have completed your event, a check for 15% of all pre-tax sales generated
from your fundraising event will be mailed to you.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Bowlerama charges $11/person for 2 hours of bowling and shoes – limit 5 per lane.
• You set the per ticket cost, and anything over $11 is donated to your cause.
• Bowlerama does all the work in a safe and secure atmosphere, no weather worries!
Ample parking and plenty of indoor room for displays and registration. Food
packages available and bars are fully stocked.
• Not available on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Scooper Night at Bruster’s Ice Cream
Fun for the whole family! Find fun people to scoop ice cream and Bruster’s Ice Cream
will donate a percentage of sales to Easterseals.

• You provide “celebrity scoopers” to take orders at store windows and invite all
your friends. Bruster’s will then give you a percentage of the sales for your
nonprofit organization.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Events are held on Monday or Wednesday evenings.
• Contact Michael Golt for the form. Once your date is confirmed, Buffalo Wild
Wings will email you a customized Take Over flyer to distribute. Flyer must be
circulated prior to your event and may not be distributed on Buffalo Wild Wings
premises.
• On the night of your fundraiser, Buffalo Wild Wings will donate 20% of the food
sales for every receipt that presents your flyer to Easterseals (excluding alcohol,
tax, and gratuity). All guests must submit the flyer when paying the check in order
to be counted toward the fundraiser.EVENT
California Pizza Kitchen’s Pizza with a Purpose

Easterseals.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Fill out request on the website listed above.
• Events can be scheduled Monday thru Thursday.
• FUNdraisers last all day from open to close and dine-in, beverages, take out &
catering are all included. All your supporters have to do is show their flyer (print it
out or on their phone) or mention that they are here for the FUNdraiser and 20%
of their check will be given back.
• Restaurant will provide you with a flyer for your event. Guests of your event are
required to present an official event flyer or mention the organization you are
supporting to your server with each order to receive credit. They accept flyers
shown digitally, on any device.
• Feel free to decorate with balloons of your organization’s colors and get creative
with how you want to make your event special! Raffles and information tables are
always encouraged. Plus, they will set up a selfie booth for you & your
FUNdraiser guests to take photos during the day. They are excited to help you

HOW IT WORKS:
• Simply pick a date and time, and invite your organization members, staff and
supporters to dine at your local Chick-fil-A restaurant. The restaurant will donate
a percentage of the sales made during your Spirit Night event to your
organization. The more guests you bring to dine at Chick-fil-A® during the
specified time, the higher the donation from Chick-fil-A® will be!EVENT
Give Back Night at Chili’s

HOW IT WORKS:
• Give Back Night is a fundraiser for not-for-profit organizations that are in Chili’s
trade area and have a valid tax id number. The organization will receive 10% of
the sales (excluding tax and gratuity) from the guests when the event voucher is
presented.
• Give Back Nights are usually held on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings for a
minimum of 3 hours.
• Chili’s will email the organization a voucher no later than 3 weeks prior to your
night. Voucher must be presented at time of meal to server.
• Give back applications must be submitted 5 weeks in advance of requested date.
• If the organization fails to bring in a minimum of $500 in sales, the 10% donation
