VEDANTA CARES: HEAR FROM OUR EMPLOYEES

“The initiative taken by Vedanta is commendable and I’m glad that getting
vaccinated was made easy by Vedanta for not just its employees, but the
business partners and families as well. The Mega Vaccination Drive by
Vedanta Cares truly lives up to its name.”

             Bipasa Chatterjee, Vedanta Lanjigarh

"Vedanta's mega vaccination drive led by the Chairman himself is the
greatest gift to any employee and their family members in this pandemic.
We are so grateful to be a part of this drive. Thank you Vedanta for making
all of us feel safe everyday."

             Sreejana Ghosh, BALCO

“After testing Covid positive, I was immediately moved to Vedanta's COVID
Care Centre. The health team monitored my vitals daily and ensured smooth
conduct of all my medical tests and scans. Throughout that tough period,
the medical team and my colleagues were in constant touch and motivated
me to stay positive. I am very thankful to Vedanta for ensuring a positive
and safe environment which provided me the inner strength to recover from
             COVID.”

             Kaushik Roy, Vedanta Jharsuguda

“Getting infected with COVID while living on your own, far away from your
parents and support systems, can be very overwhelming. I am thankful for
the fact that we have COVID Care Centers set up inside plant premises, so
we could undergo treatment here itself. Going forward, the company will
care of my vaccination as well – and for that I am extremely grateful.”

             Lopamudra Panigrahi, Vedanta Jharsuguda

“I feel very safe that me, my family and everyone around me, including our
business partners, has been vaccinated. This not only assuages our
concerns, but also creates a secure environment to all of our employees to
             function in.”
