Requirement

           Requirements from Applicant:
■ Original passport (min passport validity 12 months from
  the KITAS expiry date)
■ Latest Diploma or Bachelor Degree
■ BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan insurance
  card
■ Tax Card (NPWP)
■ Original Domicile Letter
■ Copy of latest KITAS
■ Copy of latest RPTKA
■ Copy of latest NOTIFICATION (Working Permit)
■ Copy of latest working tax payment (USD 1200)

            Requirements from Sponsor:
■ Username and Password of TKA ONLINE (Ministry of Manpower)
   application (if any).
■ Company Letterhead
■ Latest Company Bank Statement (Rekening Koran) min. balance
  equal to USD 10,000.
■ Color scan of Notary Act of Company Establishment
  (Akta Notaris Pendirian Perusahaan) and any Following / Notary
  Act Change (Akta Notaris Perubahan) - if any.
■ Color scan of Legalization of Notary Act Company Establishment
  (Pengesahan Akta Notaris dari Kemenkumham) and the
  Following / Change if any.
■ Color scan of Tax Identification Number Card (NPWP)
■ Color scan of Company Domicile (Surat Domisili/ Surat
  Keterangan Tempat Usaha (SKTU)).
■ Color scan of Company License from OSS
■ olor scan of Company Register Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha
   - NIB) from OSS
■ Color Scan of Director or Commissioners ID Card (KTP Direktur
  atau Komisaris
■ Color scan of one local staff ID card (KTP) and photograph

             Term’s & Condition
1. This quotation valid for 2 weeks.
2. The price may change without prior notification.
3. Your KITAS validity will start from the E VISA issued date.
4. All documents must legal (from original documents) and
   valid.
5. The process starts after complete documents /
    requirements and payment.
6. The processing time may delayed due to error at
    immigration online system. If the immigration online
    system is broken (down/ error), this day will not calculated
    as working days. This will cause a delay in the service
    process.
7. Additional requirement may requested by officer during the
   process.
8. Jakarta Immigration office open on Monday – Friday
   service time from 08.00 – 15.00, accept for National
   Holidays.
9. You are allowed to work in this VISA.
10. You are not allowed to work or commit a job other than the
     Working VISA (KITAS) title
11. Any problems and cost arise due to VISA violation is not
    our responsibility.
