Dear Members & Guests:
Thank you for your support in visiting our Stadium for the Super Bowl Watch Party. We have taken many precautions
and instituted a variety of logistical plans to ensure a quality and memorable experience is gained .
VERY IMPORTANT
1. The clubhouse will close at 4:30PM with no Member or guests inside except in the waiting line to get through the
gate. This is very important so that we may accommodate over 100 guests in an orderly and prudent method. The
Oaks, Sawgrass Grill and Wingspan Terrace are the three sections being utilized for the event. Due to the chance of
rain; we will not be projecting the game on The Deck. Each section has limited and specific seat counts.
2. Because this is an open seated event with no reserved tables in any Section; your eventual seating Section will be
determined upon your place in line when the gate opens at 5:00PM. Please be aware, the front doors will be locked
— entry to the event will be through the front exterior Golf Shop doors. The line will start in front of the offices and
proceed backwards through the Golf Shop and back around the Fitness facility with 6 foot spacing marked. The
event line will open at 4:00PM and the beverage cart will be made available in front of the clubhouse until 5PM.
3. Your seat count is based on the specific number you reserved. If you are planning on having another party join
yours; your place in line must be together and “back to back”. Remember; there are no assigned seats and hold-
ing seats will not be permitted.
4. At the gate starting at 5:00PM; at least 50% of your reserved party must be present. Please note, if you are part of
a bigger party, you need to be back to back in line at the gate. We will not be combining parties on the reservations.
If your party does not satisfy this requirement at the gate; your party will need to go to the back of the line. This
is also equitable to those parties that have satisfied this requirement. A group farther back in the line cannot “skip”
forward to make a larger table party. We will not be monitoring who is in line at anytime.
5. Upon entering the clubhouse, Parties that gain entry by their place in line will have a choice of a section for their
reserved number in the party only. “Saving seats” for another party deeper in the line is not permitted. A maximum
of 10 in any table seating will be permitted.
6. Once a section is full; the Gate Attendant will make an announcement. As an example, “the Sawgrass Grill Section is
now limited to 2 guests”. If your party exceeds 2 guests, you will need to choose another section (either The Oaks
or Wingspan Terrace) for your seating. If your party in this case is only 2 and you are 5th in line; you will be asked if
you would like a seat in Sawgrass and if agreeable, you will gain entry to be seated with another party.
7. Once a Section is full - it is full. Tables and chairs may not be moved from one section to another. A specific number
is in each Section for acceptable, orderly and safe operations. We appreciate your cooperation.
8. Games Boards and Contests are CASH ONLY — NO Member Charges or Credit Cards accepted for this purchase.
Please plan accordingly. There is an ATM located in the Clubhouse lobby however, be aware that often times the
ATM is empty by the end of a weekend. We estimate that if you get into all games; the cost would be $40 per per-
son.
9. Reservations will be charged at 100% regardless if any member of your party does not attend.
10. NO WALK-IN. We cannot accept any individuals over and above your reservation. All attendees must have a seat in
a specific section.
11. Prior to 5:00PM; we will have game tables and beverage ticket tables set up inside the lobby by the front door.
Drink tickets may be charged. Prices are contained herein the program and include service charge and sales tax.
Other beverage will be available upon request from your Referee (Servers).
12. There will be no stools for seating at the bar. All beverages and ticket redemptions will be with your Referee.
13. Any Member charge ticket left unsigned will automatically have a 10% gratuity added to it at the end of the even-
ing.
In advance, we have planned this event to be equitable, fair and safe for all. Your cooperation and understanding of our
efforts is greatly appreciated in advance. Hosting an indoor event of this nature during challenging times requires some
boundaries, guidelines and procedures that may seem “over the top”, but in the long run they are to protect those with
reservations, applicable seating availabilities and flow to get ready for the 6:30 kick off.
