3 - 16.8 oz. cans french cut 8 oz. mozzarella cheese,
green beans, drained shredded
2 - 14 oz. cans artichoke 3-4 pods garlic, minced

1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop the artichoke
hearts into pieces. Pour the green beans, artichoke
hearts, bread crumbs, cheeses, onion and garlic into a
9”x 13” baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Season
with salt and pepper. Stir to blend everything thoroughly.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and cover the dish with
aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and
bake another 15 minutes. Serves 8-12 servings.
