This kit provides information about the 2018-2019 Origin(e) magazine,
visibility and promotion tools that we offer and your media placement
options to put forward your Aboriginal tourism experience.1 ASSOCIATION 3 TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP QUEBEC ABORIGINAL TOURISM Quebec Aboriginal Tourism (QAT) for aboriginal tourism. E.g.: Entrepreneurs, festivals, inns, museums, tourist shops, etc. Active members can be grouped into five sub-categories (regular, outfitting, event, artists/ craftsmen ans probationary). Auxiliary member are Aboriginal people or corporations, in the process of obtaining accreditation for their business activity and/or in their first two years of operation. These members cannot vote and are not eligible to sit on QAT’s Board of Directors. ASSOCIATE MEMBER Individuals or corporations interested in our objectives and activities, and involved in the professional activities of active members. Associate members may vote and are eligible to sit on QAT's Board of Directors. E.g.: service providers, collaborators, sectorial tourism organizations, regional tourism organizations, etc. DELEGATE MEMBER Designated or authorized representatives of aboriginal communities, interested in our objectives and activities. Delegate members may vote and are eligible to sit on QAT's Board of Directors . E.g.: Government agency, Band Council, development agency, economic development entity, etc.
