The new electronic platform networks the various Viessmann product families
to each other, to energy systems and directly to all digital services. This
allows all the appliances to "talk" to each other, requiring only one app for all
applications. Vitoguide for our trade partners and ViCare for end customers.

Another new feature is the innovative electronic platform in our heat pumps, which is based on the electronic platform launched in 2019 for our gas condensing boilers, and which seamlessly links our ViCare and Vitoguide digital services with the new Viessmann Energy Management. This new electronic platform is also helping us continue consistently along the path from product to solution. Our innovations involving the use of the new hydrogen (H2) energy source are particularly noteworthy. Our Vitomax industrial boilers are already able to utilise 100 percent hydrogen as their energy source. Added to this are innovative ventilation systems and numerous new functionalities in digital services, such as Vitoguide, our most important digital tool for our partners.
