Ordering Information for 2019-2020 School Year
General Information
Please email your order in pdf format. We will notify you when your order has been received.
As soon as we ship your order we will email you the tracking number/s as well the invoice for the order.
Payment: Please check your order to be sure we have filled your order per items requested. If
everything is in order, forward your invoice to your Accounts Payable. Please keep one copy of the
invoice for your records. We do not take credit cards. (all orders payable within 30 days)
Proof Orders: Please double-check order form/s before forwarding. Check the following items:
1. Correct kit number, kit name, and price are listed in appropriate space provided on the order
form.
2. First and second choices are listed for both fabric and webbing etc.
3. Order is legible and written in bold print. Please use order form found on our web site when placing
your order.
4. Be sure students have indicated which color they want: Royal or Navy, Kelly, Forest, or Lime.
Shipping: We will ship within five school days upon receiving your complete order. Late orders or
second orders in a grading period will be shipped UPS Ground, and a shipping charge will be added to the
late order. Students with late orders should include shipping cost in their payment. Shipping cost is
determined by the weight, size of the box, and the location of where it is being shipped. This cost
will be added to your invoice.
Late Orders: Please do not have students call in their late order. We have found students
usually forget to give us some of the information we need in order to process their order.
Teachers may e-mail the late order to Sew Easy Design indicating student name, kit info, and hr.
NOTE: Student Order Envelopes: We can provide you with printed envelopes, which provide the
individual student a method for ordering and paying for their projects. The envelopes were developed to
help keep the order and payment together. After you have removed the money from the envelopes and
placed the money in your school account, please send us the empty envelopes (staples removed and flaps
tucked inside envelope), and we will place the envelope in the individual kit when the order is packed.
This is the fastest method for packing your orders. If you would like to use this method, please e-mail or
call to request the number of envelopes you would like for the 2019- 2020 school year.
Due to the closing of Haan Crafts, we have heard from a number of possible new customers. Our current customers
contact us and let us know that they will be ordering in a couple weeks. They also let us know what kit/s they will
be ordering. This is extremely helpful at the beginning of the year when everyone wants their order ASAP.
Please send, or e-mail orders one time!
Do not fax or e-mail an order and then send separate student ordering envelopes for that same order.

CORDURA® PROJECTS
1000 Denier Cordura® denier nylon is urethane coated weather resistant material for sports bags. Cordura is rugged, water repellent,
and machine washable. This is the material you will find in ready made bags.
All Sports duffels include removable shoulder strap unless otherwise indicated.

SWEATSHIRTS AND SWEATPANTS
You will like the feel of the comfy sweatshirts and sweatpant fabric. Both the sweatshirts
and sweatpants are great while working out or just lounging around after a hard day at
school! The flannel pants will be equally as comfortable and you can’t buy that RUBBER
DUCK fabric when you need it. Have fun with all the pant fabric possibilities!
