Maintain 2017 GCL items and SPDs as far as possible
Remove or edit badly performing GCL items
High CVs or low pricing
Update “fast evolving technology” items
Where possible, find replacement models
Update SPDs based on regional and global
validation findings and feedback

KEY POINTS
The housing volume form is planned to remain
unchanged (unless Housing TF / IACG suggests edits)
NOTE: Definitions for “Traditional dwellings” and
“Modern constructions” will be updated as discussed
in the previous IACG/TF meeting to ensure common
understanding of the structures

KEY POINTS
The 13 housing rental items are planned to remain
unchanged (unless Housing TF / IACG suggests edits
NOTE: The survey form will continue to request both
“per unit” and “per m2” rents; the global data
submission form (RIAs > GO) will be amended to
include both entries

KEY POINTS
Maintain 2017 GCL item list and SPDs (unless there is
any proposals from regions/countries)
