WISCONSIN HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

                              The Energy Assistance Program provides qualified Oneida
                               reservation residents with a one-time payment during the
                             heating season (October 1st — May 15th). The funding pays a
                                  portion of heating and electric costs determined by
                                household size, income and energy costs. The benefit is
                                      usually paid directly to the energy supplier.
