Subject: FW: VARIATION APPLICATION - LONDIS, LOW LANE, LEEDS

Importance: High

Hi All,

Our ref:21/025761/EPLA01
Licensing ref: PREM/04323/004

As regards the above application for a variation.

Various concessions have been made by the applicant since their initial request for 24/7 operation (using a service
hatch) to the current offer detailed below:

 Closing at 00:00 hours 7 days a week. Shop operating normally (i.e.no external hatch).
 No deliveries from the premises after 23:00 (to help prevent use by 24 hr alcohol supply companies).

As they have agreed to these terms we are willing to withdraw our objection/representation and believe there will
be no need for us to attend the hearing.

Kind regards

Elaine Saul | Principal Housing Officer | Environmental Health | Leeds City Council | |

Hi Elaine

Further to our telephone conversations on Friday and earlier this morning.

I can confirm that my client agrees to your proposal for a 12 midnight terminal hour daily on the premises licence.

My client doesnt currently do deliveries, and there are no plans to start doing them, so he agrees to a condition in
respect of preventing orders for deliveries from being collected at the shop after 11pm.

I’d be grateful if you would confirm your agreement to Licensing asap, and also confirm that a hearing can be
dispensed with (from your perspective).

Janice – for info.

Hi Elaine

Hope you are well.

Horsforth.

You will note that we are proposing to amend the application with significantly reduced hours – to provide
licensable activities until 12 midnight Sunday to Thursday, and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Could we have a chat about this?

Hi Janice

Hope you are well.

I’m dealing with this application and I’ve received the papers from Patrick Burke and Mr Senthuran, the PLH.

Please note that we are proposing to amend the application with significantly reduced hours – to provide licensable
activities until 12 midnight Sunday to Thursday, and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.

I’ll be contacting Elaine Saul from Environmental Protection to discuss the matter.

I’ll also contact the other objector, the Town Council – do you have a contact name for them?

Thanks, Ian
