2021/2022
It all startet out of a love for water, sports and adventure... In the early 80s, some friends and I fell in love with windsurfing. We were windsurfing pioneers in Slovenia. And as is normal for pioneers, we had a very strong will but quite poor equipment! We wanted to surf more than those 2 or 3 windy days in summer, so we needed something to keep us warm. At that time it was impossible to buy this kind of wetsuit in our country. And western European countries were too expensive for us, so I decided to make our own neoprene suits. We bought some neoprene abroad, smuggled it across the frontier and made ourselves our own technical wetsuits. The word spread and what started out of a necessity, turned into a hobby. It then slowly grew in to a full time occupation that was closely related to the things I love. Now, after more than twenty years of professional activity, passion is still the main driving force at Sandiline. We love what we do, that is why we still develop and produce our gear in our facilities in Slovenia. In order to be fit for their intended purposes, our products are carefully designed by our experts and tested by top-class athletes or professional users before reaching the market. All the gear we produce is made with the same dedication and passion as those first wetsuits for me and my friends, but now with the benefit of more than two decades of experience and innovation. That experience makes our gear suitable (for specific performances in specific conditions), durable and likeable. Satisfied users, from Olympic medallist to elder ladies who just fell in love with the sea, prove that we’ve chosen the right path - a path we will keep following in the future. A lightweight sailing spraytop made
with a skin pleasant and comfortable
3layer fabric, useful in warmer days
and for racing. Due to the stretchable
fabric, the cut is more tight fitting than
conventional spraytops. That means

HIKING PANTS
HIKING PANTS ARCTIC

The Arctic are the warmest and most comfortable cold
weather hikers we made so far.
The top (3mm) , belly area (5mm), lower legs (5mm), under
the knees (3mm)and crotch (3mm) where elasticity is needed
are made of 5mm or 3mm super-elastic neoprene panels
carefully positioned to give maximum warmth, comfort and
performance. The inner lining is a warm and pleasant to skin
micro fleece, while the outer is a nylon lining with a water
repellent coating. The choice and positions of the neoprenes
makes this hiker one of the warmest cold weather neoprene
hikers without compromising our well know performance.
To achieve durability and comfort the back side is made with
6,5 mm small diamond neoprene, the 5 mm neoprene with
the thermal lining on the thighs makes the pants warm and
rigid where needed.
The pants are equipped with integrated battens made of
virtually unbreakable fibreglass put inside a rubberised
PVC net pocket, reinforced with high tenacity Cordura on
the sides and a heavy duty coated PVC outer shell. All the
mentioned combined with the stiffer neoprene on the tights
makes you feel like the pants are
part of you.
The »pee« zipper – Users often spend a lot of time in
neoprene clothing. We put the zipper in a horizontal position,
where other items or clothing, like spray-tops & PFD’s
cannot interfere with the opening procedure.

HIKING PANTS EVO & EVO 3/4

The EVOlution of our well known and appreciated ST hikers
keeps all the qualities of its predecessor while gaining in
comfort and durability. The new superstretch insert in the
stomach area gives more comfort to the core when moving
and allows a perfect fit for a wider range of body shapes.
The knee reinforcements change of shape to give even
more protection to the neoprene patches underneath and
are made with an even more abrasion resistant material.
The only other thing that changes is the coloration, the rest
remains the same.
Preformed cuts and six different types of neoprenes, each
one put exactly where its properties are most exalted, makes
this product the ultimate hiking pant. To achieve durability
and comfort the back side is made with 6,5 mm small
diamond neoprene, the 3,5 mm K1 neoprene on the thighs
makes the pants rigid where needed, the back of the knees
& other parts where elasticity is needed are made with 2mm
and 3 mm superstretch neoprene, the lower leg is made
with small diamond neoprene to make the pants resistant to
abrasions and more durable.
The pants are equipped with integrated battens made of

H-PADS II

HIKING PANTS FOR COLD DAYS
SIZES: SHORT, MEDIUM AND LONG
The second generation of our pads comes with some useful
novelties. The H-pads II feature a velcro closure which
allows the adjustment of the pads to the perfect fit in every
situation. The well known battens from our hiking pants are
now non removable and incorporated in 15,5mm of neoprene
(8,5mm inside and 7mm outside) in order to give height,
comfort and keep the battens as fixed as possible while
hiking.
The product still features the inner mesh lining which »sticks«
to the skin and does not allow the pads to move sideways
and down. The H pads II are available in three sizes or better
lengths - short, medium and long. This means that the choice
of the size is mostly affected by the preferred batten length,
not by the width. The length of the inner batten in the
lengths medium and long are shorter to provide better fitting
and more freedom of movement in the crotch area.
The H-pads II are also available in one (fits all) junior size.

The evolution of our Light hikers. The
Jlight hikers are more performant,
lighter, more comfortable and more
durable than the previous Light model.
To achieve durability and comfort the
back side is made with 3 mm small
diamond neoprene.
For the most the hikers are made of
stretchy, very comfortable 1.5mm M-flex
neoprene. The preformed thin (1mm)
superstretch inserts in the crotch area
make these hikers comfortable even
when crouched inside the boat.
The Jlight are extremely comfortable
and light, but still maintain a high level
of hiking performance due to the »X
hold« application on the upper legs
that prevents the battens from moving
and the new crossed suspenders that
are stronger and preformed to give
more comfort around the neck.
The pants are equipped with integrated

These hiking shorts were created for
light winds and very warm weather
conditions. The material of choice is
the stretchy, very comfortable and
fresh 1.5mm M-flex airprene (perforated
neoprene). The preformed thin (1mm)
superstretch inserts in the crotch
area make these hikers comfortable
even when crouched inside the boat.
The AirXlight shorts are extremely
comfortable and light, but still maintain
a high level of hiking performance
due to the »hold« application on the
upper legs that prevents the battens
from moving. Unlike the long pants the
shorts not not hve suspenders but a
velcro side adjustment at the belt.

colder weather conditions. The ideal

needed. It features abrasion resistant
Supratex reinforcements on the seat
at the back and at the front from
the knees to the ankles. The YKK
zipper allows easy dressing and fast
undressing. This long john also features
an A-symmetric cut on ankles for easier
donning, less tearing and therefore
more durability. This long john is made
with 5 mm double lined neoprene.
