     All programs are filled on a first come, first served basis and require pre-registration. Instructors may miss up to two classes

                                                                           (Ages 16 & Up) The adult class will focus on teaching an individual to
                                                                           learn the basic skills to swim and also to help an existing swimmer to
                                                                           enhance their swimming abilities: proper arm technique, proper leg
