ABOUT ITEN WIRED
I T E N
Innovation Technology Entrepreneurship Network
The ITEN WIRED Summit was founded in 2008 by the greater Pensacola, Florida area
Chamber of Commerce and has fast grown from a local networking event to attracting
hundreds of attendees from along the I-10 corridor and around the United States who
want to connect over innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship.
This annual event is hosted by IT Gulf Coast in
partnership with FloridaWest EDA to highlight the
region's growing and diverse tech industry and
economic development efforts as well as its
connections to other regions across the country. ITEN
WIRED provides networking and learning opportunities
for executives, technology professionals, entrepreneurs
and academia to exchange information and resources
and to foster collaborative initiatives.
Proceeds from the conference are used by IT Gulf Coast for reinvestment in local STEM
outreach, including an endowment with the University of West Florida’s Hal Marcus
College of Science and Engineering, supporting the National Flight Academy at NAS
Pensacola, an endowment at Pensacola State College initiated in late 2021, and more!

The ITEN WIRED Planning Team is a
dedicated group of IT Gulf Coast members
and volunteers who want to see the region
become an economic powerhouse. The team
meets throughout the year to innovate on the
conference events and bring together the
speakers and sponsors who make the
summit a week to remember.

local community to continue the conversations
and recruit new innovators and entrepreneurs.

Payment
Sponsorship is not guaranteed until payment is received. Upon completion of the Sponsorship Contract,
an invoice will be emailed with the option to pay online (convenience fee applies) or via check made
payable to IT Gulf Coast and mailed to:

Designate and provide information for the contact responsible for coordinating all materials ASAP.
Attendees and Tickets
Finalize your attendees and booth personnel by completing the online registration. Promo codes for free
and discounted tickets included in your sponsorship package will be emailed upon receipt of payment.
Additional Exhibitor tickets may be purchased for $75 and includes box lunch. Reach out to

Official Logo
If you did not supply an official logo when your Sponsorship Contract was signed online, please email a
high resolution or vector graphic logo to be used online and in print ASAP to sponsor@itenwired.com.
Electricity
Sponsors that indicate on the Sponsorship Contract that power is required at their booth will be provided
with electricity on site by the Hilton.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICY: In the event that the ITEN WIRED 2023 Summit is
cancelled or postponed for any reason, sponsors have the right to request a full refund or apply previous
payments to lock-in your same Sponsorship level for the future rescheduled date. Refund requests must
be made in writing to sponsor@itenwired.com and must be approved by Jim Rhodes in writing prior to
issuance of the refund.
