April 27th: Emotions
Activity #:924505(B)
When we are stressed with juggling all our to-dos, our
emotions get the best of us, and we end up yelling all
day. When we give more attention to our feelings, we can
create healthier relationships with our families. In this
hour, we will take a closer look at what happens in our
brains and bodies when we are overwhelmed.

May 25th: Communication
Activity #:924505 (C)
Are you really listening when you talk to someone or are
you thinking about the answer you will be giving or what
you’re going to do next? Most of the time, we talk past
each other and never get anything resolved. This class
will provide us with tools to active listening and act from
resolution and collaboration rather than judgment.
