Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating YMCA in the
United States through membership at your “home” YMCA (your home Y is the
local association that enrolled you as a member and collects your membership
dues). We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness
goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of our mission to
                            strengthen communities.

                      IN EVERY COMMUNITY
We understand that sometimes it is more convenient for members to take
advantage of a Y near their workplace or when they are traveling outside the area
of their home Y. With Nationwide Membership, members have the flexibility to use
participating Y facilities throughout the United States at no extra charge.

INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING
The backbone of every YMCA is its volunteers. These volunteers make a difference by giving
caring attention to our children and teens, helping families to become successful and strong,
and supporting people of all ages to strive for healthier lives.

Through many opportunities for giving, children can build self-esteem and discover personal
talents at the Y. Teens can connect with peers and positive adult role models while learning
leadership skills. Adults can develop new friendships and feel more connected in the entire
community. No matter how you help, you will make a big difference as you work with others to
create a feeling of connectedness in your community.

THE KEY TO HEALTH AND FITNESS
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition.
CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to
better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out
and people who have trained for years.

Brent Pendergrass - CrossFit Hannibal Affiliate Owner
Brent’s goal is to bring health and wellness to the general population and to help
educate in the areas of nutrition and healthy lifestyle. He has spent 13 years in the
CrossFit and fitness industry, with skills ranging from a Student Strength Coach at
UCF to a Head Strength Coach at Ripon College. Brent is a CF-L2 and has had the
opportunity to launch eight CrossFit affiliates across the globe.

              Jeff Landrum- CrossFit CFL-1
Jeff is a Hannibal native and a US Army combat veteran. The Presidential Fitness
award and a Bronze Star are just a couple of his military achievements. Upon
exiting the military, Jeff looked for a fitness style that would challenge him like the
military. That style of fitness was CrossFit. Three years later, Jeff became a CFL-1
trainer specializing in functional fitness. Hobbies include obstacle course racing
              and ruck running for charity.

her heart which was 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, it says, “Or do you not know that your body is a
temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?
For you have been bought with a price: therefore, glorify God in your body.” After reading this,
Danielle realized she was not doing this. So, she went through a weight loss transformation, and she has lost
120lbs. She would like to help you become stronger, more confident, and love the body God gave you.

her passion for helping others achieve their goals and be the best version of themselves.

Y-FIT JOURNEY EVALUATIONS

                                                                                      HEALTHY LIVING
A Y-FIT Evaluation is a free 1-hour question/answer session with a trainer of
your choice. The evaluation is a way for us to get to know our members so they
can help set up a program for them to become successful in achieving their
goals. The evaluation is constructed to give our members the knowledge of where
to begin and the confidence to know what to do and how to do it. Many times
people will join a gym and the“gymidation” factor kicks in. This evaluation is one
way to solve this issue from occurring. With the love of fitness and people, we
are eager to help our members receive the fullest benefits that our facility has to
offer. Available for ALL members. * Limit one per member

               FREE NEW MEMBER

and flexibility may be discussed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  FREE YOUTH FITNESS ORIENTATIONS
We want to accommodate to all members as much as possible. One way we
do that is our Youth Fitness Orientations. The Orientation is a way for youth
ages 12-15 to gain the knowledge of how to properly use equipment found in
our Wellness Center. Youth 12-13 must complete an orientation as well as be
supervised by a parent or legal guardian (21or older). Youth 14-15 must complete
an orientation; no supervision by parent or legal guardian is required. For safety
reasons no one under the age of 12 is permitted to use our wellness center.
