GAZEBO (MINI MARQUEE)
A gazebo is a comfortable way for family and friends to enjoy a day at the races. This is a
great option for birthdays, Christmas parties, or corporate functions. A number of gazebos
can be booked side-by-side for groups larger than 10.

Includes

o Racecourse admission for 10
o 3 x 3m gazebo
o 1 table and 10 chairs
o TV hire (additional cost)
o Opportunity to pre-order beverages and catering platters

Cost: $550 (or $600 with TV)

(Up to 4 extra entry tickets $15 each)

        Located just past the finish line, opposite the horse parade ring. 11 available.

PUBLIC MARQUEE TABLE & TERRACE (FRONT ROW)
Enjoy a day at the races in an exclusive fenced area of the public marquee. Located on the
top of the hill next to the betting ring you can catch up with friends away from the crowd,
in a premium location at the front of the marquee.

Includes

o Racecourse and marquee admission for 10 people
o Fenced section at front of marquee with unobstructed view of track
o Table and 10 chairs (with decorations) + dry bar
o Access to Televisions
o Private bar with premium beverages
o Opportunity to pre-purchase beverages and catering platters

Cost $600

                 Located in front row of public marquee. 6 tables available.

PUBLIC MARQUEE DECK
This stylish alfresco deck in the marquee is the perfect location to host your private group
luncheon on Melbourne Cup Day. With shade, breeze, a Television, and a variety of
seating options available, the marquee deck is the prime location for enjoying the races.

Includes

o Racecourse and marquee entry for 16 people
o Fenced deck at back of marquee
o Dry bars and stools (or table seating) + decorations
o Private Television
o Close to private marquee bar
o Opportunity to order catering platters

Cost $800

                 Located at the back of the marquee next to the stairs entrance.

RESERVE PUBLIC MARQUEE SEATING
Enjoy a day at the races in the exclusive marquee. Located on the top of the hill next to
the betting ring, catch up with friends and watch the race that stops the nation away from
the crowd.

Includes

o Racecourse and public marquee admission
o Guaranteed reserved seating (tables up to 10 people)
o Complimentary drink on arrival
o Televisions
o Private marquee bar

Please note: Food will be available for purchase on the day from Piping Hot Woodfired
Pizzas (near marquee/main gate entrance) or Urban Café (kitchen inside clubhouse).

COST: $50 per person

Public Marquee Seats/Tables are allocated in order of bookings taken. You do not need a whole table
             to purchase public marquee tickets (small bookings may have to share).

*Melbourne Cup is a premium event with different prices. Use MCD booking form for November.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and booking form is required to confirm booking. Full payment is
required two weeks prior to event to finalise booking. In the event of a cancellation, there are no
refunds on private bookings or marquee tickets. In the event of wet weather, the event still goes
ahead as scheduled, or as Phantom Meeting if track too wet to race with all bookings
accommodated. No refunds are offered on unused pre-purchased drinks, so avoid overordering.
