From a buying agent to a complete hospitality solution provider,
SIMEXA has succeeded in acquiring great experience and expertise in
SIMEXA the outdoor furniture business.
Founded in 1999, SIMEXA began trading in the furniture business in
South-East Asia as a buying agent for international importers when a

Starting with the demand for natural rattan products, 3 partners came
together to set up SIMEXA Co. Ltd head office in Hong Kong, with the
purpose of handling all furniture trading, design, production logistics,
order follow-ups, customer follow-up, purchasing and marketing.
In 2004, we launched the brand Skyline Design. With a special focus
on the hospitality sector, we completed more than 1500 projects with
our own manufacturers throughout these years.
In 2010, we extended our service from outdoor luxury furniture to
indoor and accessories.
In 2014, we developed a custom-made division to answer a growing
demand from our customers and partnered up with Maiori Design, a
world leader in luxury solar lighting. Maiori started its own signature
furniture, as well as a unique hybrid solar lighting.
In 2018 Simexa created Influence, with a focus on well-priced and
well-designed outdoor furniture . Influence leaned on the partners’
20+ years of experience in the field, as well as the factories we work
with, for enjoyable, comfortable and fast-selling collections.
In 2019, we announced our partnership with Tolix, a French pioneer in
indoor and outdoor furniture, creators of one of the most iconic
outdoor products, “La Chaise A”.
