Wireless Monitoring System for testing ATP
Produced by ECONORMA Sas, this portable system is designed taking into account the ability to
install, and easy to move, a network monitoring temperatures without any connection cables for
connecting to the PC. Only maintenance is the periodic replacement of the lithium battery long lasting.
The system consists of two modules of FT-105/RF-ATP radio mod. FT-105/RF-MP to which they are
linked, by n. 4-connector IP-65, n. 12 digital temperature sensors with stainless steel hood. The probes
used for the measurements are of the digital type and have the following advantages compared to
traditional analog probes: 1) exclude the need to provide for periodic calibration, 2) The type of protocol
used and the fact that each probe is uniquely identified simplifies the wiring of the machine, and makes
communication insensitive to noise and allows you to verify the presence or absence of the probes
detecting faults, 3) They can also be placed at a considerable distance from the instrument without this
affecting the measurement accuracy.
SOFTWARE "FT-SW-ATP"
The program allows the connection and operation of the measuring system via a PC which is
connected to a radio receiver. The read data is updated in real time in an excel file (formatted for
printing) and within the database. The software allows the programming of each module FT-105/RF-
MP and its wireless communication. Manages and stores all of the data from these to the PC.
With the program you can see in real time the temperatures of each individual probe, which the two
curves relative to the average values of n. 12 internal probes and n. 12 external probes. Start the
test ATP simply click on the START button. The test will end automatically when the programmed
time is reached, or will continue until you press the End key. The program FT-RF-ATP is cross-
platform which runs on Windows operating systems, Mac-OS, Linux. Mandatory requirement for the
presence of the Java Virtual Machine, a free download from www.java.com and in some cases
already pre-installed on new PCs.

The modules use the multiprobe digital temperature probes that are identified automatically by the PC
software. Therefore, the probes are supplied with a serial of six characters shown on a label attached.
These codes are displayed automatically in the ID field probe. The measured value of digital probes
can be corrected with a calibration offset directly from the software. Very useful procedure for periodic

TIME PROGRAMMABLE
You can program the transmission time of the temperature values by a selector number given

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Each radio module multiprobe FT-105/RF-MP has connected, by means of the containers,
n. 12 digital temperature probes.
For testing A.T.P. are therefore needed no. 2 radio modules, temperature probes (probes internal
and external probes).
The time taken to send data via radio to P.C. are programmable: 10-30 sec. -1-5-10-20-30-60 Min.
Each module has an internal antenna with high-resolution unidirectional transmission.
The operating temperature is between -40 ° C / +70 ° C.
The setting of the probes is done with a simple drag & drop.
Characteristics of temperature probes:
- Resolution: 0.1 ° C
- Accuracy: + / - 0.5 ° C
INITIAL PROGRAMMING OF PROBES
The first thing to do is to click on the menu Allow modification probes to enable editing and
configuration tables. Then you will have to wait until all the sensors appear in the table Sensors

column.

The program shows in the two sections, in real
time, the value of the temperature probes and red
highlights in the non-receipt of the data by the

SAVING EXCEL FILE TESTING The software supplied with the burner allows you to print the graph of average temperatures inside and outside with a description of the type of the ATP test done and the data of the vehicle.
