Before that though, we will conduct an installation of officers on Tuesday, 31 August at 7 pm in Squier Hall. Grand Knight Steven Bullimore continues: I will Finalize our Soccer challenge and Essay
contest with Cabrini School in the coming days and will send that out to the council. Do not
forget about our First Friday Holy hour on 3 September. Please give our Lord an hour of your
time between 930 am and 7 pm that day at St Frances. Our first exemplification this year will
be Tuesday, 28 September at 7 pm In St Frances Cabrini church. Our next business meeting is
Wednesday 8 September at 7 pm on ZOOM. Our next council meeting is Tuesday, 14
September, also 7 pm on ZOOM. Our focus remains on Faith in Action Programs and our
associated budget to execute them. I will send invites out this week. Please make time to

incentive. - Schedule Overview – - Draft and approve 21-22 budget - Hennessy Distribution Window 23 Aug

1. 22 Sept to Oct 31st 40 Days for Life at the clinic./ • Committees – • Fourth Degree – No meeting this
month. Check to GK for Picnic. 16 Sept is Assembly Installation of Officers at Tonala Mexican
Restaurant. /• Insurance Agent – None/ • District Deputy – WDD Russ Cantonwine:
Take non-knights helping to heart. Inspire your knights to join in the work./Check to see if school will
let other knights assist in our community programs./Consider letting other council knights get involved
in all our programs./All knights see Jerrod Roth to avoid long term care tax. • Other – None /10.
Unfinished Business (motions carried over from previous meetings) – - Hennessy fund distribution.
$14,525.00 total - Bellarmine Preparatory School $4,000.00, the same as last two years: St. Charles
Borromeo School $1,000.00 is the same as the last seven years: St. Patrick School $1,000.00 is the
same as the last seven years; Visitation School is $4,263.00 an increase of $197 and St. Frances Cabrini
School $4,263.00. Grand Knight to schedule donations starting 23 August. /- McGivney Hall at Gonzaga.
Seminary prep location. $25 per member is the request. $3300 would be our cut. Tabled pending more
information needed. Sources of funding, Columbian Club? Request for funding includes States of Idaho,
Oregon. New tact is a suitable donation from each council in the state. /(Instead of this above) Motion
by Brother Swortz to donate $500. Seconded by Woolery. Discussion: How do we budget for this
normally?/ Motion is passed to proceed with Columbian Club request..
11. New Business (new motions) Here, Council is in pause for Columbian Club to meet.
- Columbian Club appointments. - Paul Swortz called the Columbian Club to order. - Vote to replace John Klein
who’s 5-year term has expired. - John Klein was renominated and approved. Columbian Club finishes meeting
/ GK calls Council back to business. / -We’ll order Two cases of Coats for kids. Not to exceed $600.
Brother Liloc makes motion to buy two cases of coats. Brian Seconds. Motion Passed. /Also to add- Spanish
and English Kiosk. Not to exceed $350. Brother Liloc Moves to buy two Kiosks. Frank seconds. Motion is

Grand Knight’s Summary-- Much to do to get the year rolling, as always the year is front loaded into the first

Our next meeting will be our installation of all officers by the District Master
and a District Marshall. This will be done at the above listed restaurant, starting
at 5:30 social time, dinner at 6PM, and the installation ceremony following
dinner. This is a formal installation so we will be wearing business dress which
means suits or sports jacket for the officers. Wives, of course are invited. Please
