For foreign athletes registration must be sent via email, write full details (name/surname, birthdate, country, SI-Card, club name) to info@friulimtb.it. Please note that registration is free if the athletes sleep for a fee at the Bella Italia Village structure, it costs 10 euros if you enter in the structure only for the race. MODEL EVENT – 28/08/2020 General information Date: Friday 28th august 2020 Place: Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) Meeting point: 3:00 pm, at Parco Hemingway, corso degli Alisei, Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) (45.6745262,13.1088296) For this event no ranking or prize ceremonies are foreseen Registration Committees that intend to participate to the model event, must declare it at the moment of registration to the Regions Trophy. There will be a demonstration of the SIAC system. Race map Map: Parco Hemingway, LIgnano Pineta. Scale 1:2000, equidistance 2 meters. Produced 2011. Updated 2020. SPRINT – 29/08/2020 General information Date: Saturday 29th august 2020 Place: Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) Meeting point: 9:30 AM, at Bella Italia Village, viale Centrale 29, Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) (45.677956,13.1203605) Type of competition: sprint Start: from 10:30 AM, with starting grid Prize ceremony: at the meeting point around 5:30 PM, at the end of the Trail-O race. Race map Map: Bella Italia Village, LIgnano Pineta. Scale 1:4000, equidistance 2.5 meters. Symbology: ISSprOM 2019. Produced 2007-2011. Updated 2020. Pending approval. Terrain: pine forest with presence of buildings and good network of roads and paths, beach Categories M14, W14, M16, W16, M18, W18, M20, W20 Punching The electronic punching system with si-card or SIAC will be used. In case the athlete does not have one of his ownership one will be provided by the organization at the price of € 1,50 for traditional si-card and € 5,00 for SIAC (while stocks last). - Unless specifically granted by the National Technical Commission, for the 3rd and 4th level competitions, the area in which the race will take place is forbidden to all members from the moment the calendar is published; ... The Organization must monitor compliance with this rule and report any infringements to the appointed Competition Judge. - For competitions in urbanized areas, the ban does not apply, but the use of local maps with the times indicated above is prohibited in these areas. Zorutti, borgo Aquileia 9, Palmanova (UD) (45.9018541,13.308281) Type of competition: mixed sprint relay Start: from 11:00 AM, expected 2 start offs Prize Ceremony: at Palamonova Piazza Grande di Palmanova around 01:00 PM Race Map Map: Palmanova.
