About Our Team
We pride ourselves on our company culture revolving around honesty, integrity, fun, professionalism, innovation and community. We are
a one stop shop for all digital media production needs. We have a diverse knowledge base on all aspects of digital media production. Every
team member has a background in multiple roles of media production.
Company Founded on Creating High Quality Content
Northern Pine Productions was founded by Cole O’Brien and Josh Bryant. Prior to Northern
Pine Productions Cole and Josh worked together on national TV shows, commercials, and
corporate videos. They both traveled the world filming television series. Together they
decided to take their work to the next level and open Northern Pine Productions. On top
of cinematography and editing experience, they both have produced multiple seasons
of nationally televised TV shows. Cole and Josh launched Northern Pine Productions in
Minnesota and California, but produce content globally.

LEAD TEAM MEMBERS

Below is a list of our lead team members. We wanted to include some information about us. Every team member has a background in
multiple roles of media production.
COLE O’BRIEN
Co-Founder / Producer / Videographer / Editor
Cole “OB” is an Emmy Awarded and experienced producer, writer, director, editor and
cinematographer. His other work has appeared on Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, ABC, NBC, The
CW, Fox Sports Networks, Outdoor Channel, Sportsman’s Channel, Wild TV, and The American Heroes
Channel. When he is not producing or shooting video, you can find him and his wife Ericka playing
volleyball, SpikeBall, softball, hockey, disc golf, or rock climbing.

JOSH BRYANT
Co-Founder / Producer / Videographer / Editor
Josh “ShuaBryant” is an Emmy Awarded outdoor lifestyle television producer, photographer, editor,
and licensed drone operator currently living in The Bay Area. He has years of experience working on
national television shows, and branded content. When he’s not working he’s in NorCal somewhere
hiking, trail running, swimming, camping, paddling, or taking pictures, always with his dog Sota.
ERIC GISLASON
Business Development Manager / Senior Producer
Eric Gislason or just “Gis” as friends, colleagues, and even our NPP clients refer to him, has called
his native state of Minnesota home during an amazing four decade-plus run in storytelling media.
You probably remember Eric from his 16-year television career as Sports Anchor and Reporter for
KSTP-TV-ABC in St. Paul/Minneapolis, as well as co-hosting and producing the popular TV show Kent
MAN AGE RS
Hrbek Outdoors. Eric was the recipient of the prestigious National Headliner Award in 2002. Gis now
heads up Northern Pine Production’s Business Development front but keeps his storytelling hands
to the plow as NPP’s Senior Producer which includes recent Emmy nominated documentary work.
TREY HALL
Director of Social Media / Content Creator
Trey “Trey” is a master of many trades, he is just as capable of managing a dozen social media
accounts as picking up a camera and capturing amazing footage. He is currently wrapping up
earning his graduate degree in social media marketing. If you want to grow your following he is your
guy! He is a light-hearted, fun-loving creator from the pine tree filled land of northern Wisconsin.
When he is not on his computer working, he loves to play guitar, catch live shows, and travel.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
PRE-PRODUCTION
This consists of the planning process prior to the start of
filming. Can includes travel or shoot logistics, scripting or
other forms of preparation.
FIELD PRODUCTION
The field production refers to the camera work or
directing that is done to capture the story and images
for your project.
POST-PRODUCTION
Refers to anything that is done after the
shoot, including audio and video editing, color
correction, graphics, post script writing.
DELIVERY
After all three important stages
are completed. We will finalize your
project and deliver the assets.
SHARING MEDIA TO US

If there are photos or videos you would like to send to us for your
project, rather than dealing with email, we will give you a link for
your team to all be able to send us any files big or small directly.

time, this breakdown of our review process will make that possible. If we have to add another step in the review process beyond these

We do not require you to be involved in the video review process on any of the phases above. Our team is at their best when given
creative freedom to develop a story from start to finish. However, we of course appreciate your guidance along the way to make
sure we get the facts right and best share your message. If any changes arise in the edit that may result in an increase beyond the
proposed budget our team will make sure you are aware in advance. We look forward to working with you through the process of
brining your video to life.

We use an online video platform for your convenience and easy collaboration. All of the videos throughout the review process are
completely private and not viewable to the public. Vimeo’s Review software allows you to easily give us your feedback and notes
without the hassle of having to explain where in the video you are referencing.

FINAL DELIVERY
YOUR OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY
When it comes to the final stages of your project we have a few different options for delivery. We are happy to deliver in one or all of the
following for your convenience. Please review the following options for final delivery.
VIMEO
We can deliver you a Vimeo link to the video. On this link (public
or private link) we will also include a download button so you can
download the highest quality version of the video. This is a great
option because it is easy for viewing and downloading.
DROPBOX
This is the best option for projects that consists of multiple forms
of digital media assets. This option will be sent as a link with just a
download button to receive your final delivery.
HARD DRIVE OR FLASH DRIVE
Some of our partners prefer to keep a hard copy the final version,
this is also a great option for files larger than 20GB to save upload
and download time. You can provide us with a hard drive or flash
drive of your choice for us to upload/save media.

PAYMENT AND BILLING
WE OFFER MANY DIGITAL MEDIA OPTIONS
Thank you for your partnership! We want to offer you a couple different options for payment. Including our Statement of Work bid we will
also send you an invoice at the conclusion of the project.
CHECK PAYMENT
This is a great and convenient option for everyone. Please make the check out to Northern Pine
Productions. We can receive check payments in person or via mail to the following address:

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Credit Card payments are also a good way for you and your team to pay and earn rewards.
However, is that there is an extra 3% fee for us to accept a card payment. If this is an option
you would like to take let us know and we will send you an invoice though PayPal.
DIRECT DEPOSIT / VENDOR
If you would prefer to set up a vendor account for our payments, we will happily be able to
supply you with our company and bank information.
