Results of Recon Work
Mapping and Geophysical Surveys

 Preliminary ground work indicated five prospective target areas
 areas of prospective skarn and jasperoid alteration, several with coincident gold
         anomalies
 detailed mapping identified intrusions and alteration in a NNE package of Mezcala and
         Morelos Formations

 VTEM identified four highly ranked target zones (TZ1, TZ2, TZ4, and TZ8)
 coincident with a ~10 km long zone of elevated magnetization
 TZ4 (and adjacent TZ6 and TZ7) and TZ8 include mapped intrusions and alteration
         consistent with skarn mineralization

 TZ4 and TZ8, together with other prospective targets will be drill tested in Q4-2014
 Additional targets and areas will be evaluated in Q4-2014
 Other identified priority VTEM anomalies may warrant evaluating based on drilling results

                                                                                                 11

2014 Priority Drill Targets
Summary

 Target Area I – Punto Rojo (Condor TZ-8)
 most concentrated area of anomalous gold values
 Target area - 1km diameter porphyry granodiorite-diorite stock exposure
 VTEM anomalies project gold bearing skarn alteration to depth

 Target Area II – Northern (Norte Punto Rojo) (Condor TZ-4, TZ-6, TZ-7)
 10 sq. km area containing trend of jasperoid bodies that follow Morelos-Mezcala contact
 Strong dipole magnetic anomaly trend suggesting skarn zone at a depth of the projected
         favorable contact

 Target Area III – Milpillas
 Exposures of diorite-granodiorite porphyry, and other outlying smaller intrusions
 Rock samples returned gold anomalies up to 1.27g/t Au with associated pathfinder
elements such As, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mo, Ni, Sb, and Zn

 Target Area IV – Southern (La Curva)
 Area of small stock exposures
 The principle exploration target lies along a WNW-ESE trending granodioritic stock contact
         with adjacent Morelos Formation carbonates

                                                                                              15
