As an important tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the Tuo River is also the core ecological
skeleton of the urban new district of “Dong Jin (East Advance)”. with Green and sustainable development, it
can be integrated in Yangtze River Economic Belt.

core ecological skeleton of the Dongjin（East Advance）area. It should be based on the
premise of water-control, highlighting the protection and utilization of ecological values,

projects, and strengthening rigid control of the blue-green line make the Tuo river-Jiangxi
