Many of these All-Use Winter Trails are groomed by the City
of Valdez when time and weather conditions allow. The area Trail System
of these trails is extensive, so trail conditions can vary greatly.
Use caution when recreating in these areas and always
be aware of the possibility of multiple types of users. Be
especially cautious on blind corners and near open water.

BE AWARE! All-use trails have 2-way traffic. Stay
to the right. Snowmachines must yield to dog sleds
       & non-motorized traffic.

NOTE: During one Saturday in March, the
       Valdez Mayor’s Cup—a 200-mile cross-country
       snowmachine race—takes place. For maximum
safety, all Glacier Stream Plateau Trails will
be closed to all other users during this event.
