For years, DECK-O-SEAL has been a well known and trusted name for pool deck construction,
reconstruction, and protection. Our joint sealant products have become a mainstay in the pool
industry. We also provide curing and sealing compounds, expansion joints, and various other
products to create a pool deck that will last. Our products are also a great fit for restoration and
refurbish projects to make that old deck look good as new.

USE DECK-O-GRIP ® AND DECK-O-SHIELD TM TO MAKE YOUR POOL DECK A NON-STAINING, PRISTINE,
SLIP-RESISTANT, ARCHITECTURAL-GRADE SURFACE.
DECK-O-SHIELD
is a ready-to-use, water-based sealer/water repellent for natural stone, concrete, and masonry
surfaces. DECK-O-SHIELD is designed for use as a sealer/water repellent on waterfalls in or
around swimming pools; the product will limit the penetration of water into structurally sound,
crack-free surfaces. The product also can be used as a sealer/water repellent for natural stone
decks, copings, walkways, or patios; virtually any area located near or around swimming pool
areas. A DECK-O-SHIELD treated surface will inhibit the penetration of salts into the surface,
reducing “whitening” or staining. DECK-O-SHIELD provides a matte finish to the surface.
DECK-O-SHIELD PLUS
is a premium-grade, ready-to-use, waterbased sealer formulated for use on natural stone.
DECK-O-SHIELD PLUS is formulated specifically to seal porous surfaces and is ideal to use on
pool copings and decks protecting them from salt penetration. It can be used on all porous
surfaces such as natural stone, tile, concrete, pavers, and grout. DECK-O-SHIELD PLUS
provides a solution to spalling and pitting of porous stone and concrete surfaces caused by salt
penetration as well as spalling caused by freeze-thaw cycles. DECK-O-SHIELD PLUS provides a
matte finish to the surface.
DECK-O-TREAT
Concrete Curing Aid is a ready to use curing aid formulated to aid in curing gunite and shotcrete.
It contains no wax, resin, or acids and is VOC compliant. Eliminates the need to water gunite or
shotcrete several times a day for seven days. Surfaces treated with DECK-O-TREAT can later
be covered by additional finishes such as paint, tile, adhesive or plaster.
DECK-O-GRIP
is a non-yellowing, acrylic-based, high solids, transparent, easy-to-apply liquid cure and seal. It
provides a clear, flexible and durable abrasion- and stain-resistant protective film. DECK-O-GRIP
also offers improved resistance to most of today’s common pool chemicals. It is specifically
designed to retain and enhance the appearance of colored concrete and exposed aggregate
surfaces for years to come. The compound contains a slip-resistant additive, which establishes
an easy-to-clean, non-slip surface for traditionally slippery areas. DECK-O-GRIP provides a
gloss finish to the surface.

DECK-O-GRIP W/B
is a water-based formulation that meets the very strict maximum VOC content limits of 200 g/L
for sealers as required by certain California Air Pollution Control Districts, as well as the 400 g/L
VOC maximum required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings rule for Sealers. DECK-O-GRIP
W/B provides a gloss finish to the surface. DECK-O-GRIP W/B has the same benefits and
properties of our standard DECK-O-GRIP product, such as stain- and slip resistance.
VOCOMP®-25
VOCOMP-25 is a ready-to-use concrete curing and sealing compound formulated of special
acrylic polymers in a true water-based carrier. VOCOMP-25 resists yellowing from ultraviolet
exposure and provides a durable, long-lasting finish that offers improved resistance to chemicals,
petroleum, and abrasives.VOCOMP-25 appears milky white in the container and, when first
applied, leaves a bluish cast on the concrete for easy visual coverage. VOCOMP-25 dries clear
to provide a transparent sheen finish. This sheen can be controlled by the number of coats
applied.
CS-309™-25
CS-309-25 acrylic curing and sealing compound is a clear, transparent, ready-to-apply, non-yel-
lowing liquid compound formulated from special acrylic polymers and quick-evaporating solvents
that effectively cures and seals freshly placed concrete. Once properly applied, CS-309-25
provides a premium-grade film for optimum moisture retention. This produces a hard, dense,
high-compressive strength concrete. CS-309-25 will minimize hair-checking as well as premature
cracking, dusting, spalling, and other common defects that result when concrete is not properly
cured. This easy-to-use compound dries quickly and protects the concrete during construction. It
resists adhesion of mortar droppings and permits easier cleanup.
DECRA-SEAL™-NATURAL
DECRA-SEAL NATURAL is low-VOC, water-based
sealer that enhances the natural color and features
of decorative concrete, pavers, unglazed tiles, and
a variety of porous natural and artificial stone.
DECRA-SEAL NATURAL is a penetrating water
repellent that chemically bonds to the substrate,
helping to increase the service life.

HS-1 SL
HS-1 SL is a one-part self-leveling hybrid polymer sealant developed using SMP technology
designed for horizontal expansion joints in swimming pool decks, patios, and sidewalks. It is
packaged in a convenient, easy to use 32 ounce pouch. Just screw on the supplied application tip
and apply HS-1 SL into the joint by squeezing the foil pouch. HS-1 SL is self-leveling and does not
need to be tooled. It cures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form a medium modulus
sealant with excellent adhesive properties and resistance to ageing and weathering.

X-FOAM is a flexible lightweight polypropylene swimming pool tile ledger board. The
board is very flexible which means there will be little to no breakage. The ends of a 10’
piece of X-FOAM can be placed together forming a circle of just over 3’. It will easily
bend around small radiuses. X-FOAM is also re-usable. Available in multiple sizes.

To determine if a surface can be sealed, drop water on the surface. If the water beads up and does not penetrate into the surface, like a
drop of water on a mirror, then the surface cannot be sealed. If the water beads up but some of the water penetrates, then the surface can
be sealed with a sealer designed to seal dense surfaces. If the water does not bead up, and penetrates into the surface, then that surface
can be sealed with any of the sealers. If the water immediately spreads and penetrates, then a sealer for porous surfaces may need to be
used or multiple coats of sealer may be needed.14
