BUNDLES:
What is a bundle?
A bundle is the simplified billing formula for material handling. It is a straight forward pounds per square foot
approach and allows ease in budgeting.

What is included in a bundle?
Bundle billing includes show site material handling in and out (machinery and display), one time machinery
spotting, straight time rigging labor for assembly and disassembling of machinery, empty removal and storage,
and nightly vacuuming. There are other options available for purchase with the bundles. For further
information, please visit the NPE2021 Exhibitor Dashboard at https://npe21.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm
to view the NPE Bundle Descriptions form (available July 6, 2020). A Username and Password is required. If you
don’t have a Username and Password, contact NPE2021 Show Management at exhibit@npe.org.

What if I am not shipping any freight?
If you are not shipping any freight to the show it is not necessary for you to purchase a bundle.

How will my bundle be determined?
Your bundle pricing is determined by the total weight of the freight you ship and the square footage of your
booth. If there are changes to the original weight you used to calculate your bundle order, it will be updated
       and billed accordingly.

How do I order a bundle?
Bundles can be ordered online through the NPE2021 Exhibitor Dashboard at
https://npe21.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm. A Username and Password is required. If you don’t have a
Username and Password, contact NPE2021 Show Management at exhibit@npe.org.

Is there a deadline to order my bundle?
Bundles must be ordered prior to April 6, 2021 in order to qualify for discount pricing. If bundles are ordered
after this date, the rates increase by 25%.
FREIGHT:
What is Material Handling?
Material handling (also known as drayage) includes unloading your exhibit material‚ storing up to 30 days in
advance at the warehouse address‚ delivering to the booth‚ the handling of empty containers to and from
storage‚ and removing of material from the booth for reloading onto outbound carriers. It should not be
confused with the cost to transport your exhibit material to and from the convention center or event.

What is the difference between shipping and material handling?
Shipping is the transport of your freight from one destination to another. Material handling is the service
provided to receive your freight from your shipping carrier for the event and delivery to your booth.

When and where should I ship my freight?
Included in the price of your bundle is shipping direct to show site. The move‐in for NPE is targeted and your
freight should arrive at show site on your assigned target date. Please refer to the inbound freight target
floorplan on the NPE2021 Exhibitor Dashboard at
       https://www.mapyourshow.com/info/NPE21/NPE2021_Target_Dates.pdf.

You have the option to ship to the advance warehouse at an additional cost. Freight can arrive at the advance
warehouse up to 30 days in advance of the show. The warehouse will accept crates‚ cartons‚ skids‚ trunks/cases
and carpets/pads. Machinery, loose or pad‐wrapped material must be sent directly to show site.

Both shipping addresses and the advance warehouse deadline date are available on the Quick Facts form at
       https://npe21.mapyourshow.com/mys_shared/npe21/showfiles/exhdash/freeman_quick_facts.pdf.

What happens if my shipment arrives at the show before the posted move‐in window?
Shipments arriving at show site should arrive on your targeted move‐in date and time. Shipments arriving prior
to your assigned window will be unloaded, if time permits, after completion of the scheduled targeted
       shipments.

I want to use my own carrier; do I need to notify you?
No, it is not necessary to notify Freeman of your chosen inbound carrier.

When will my materials be delivered if I order material handling?
Your delivering carrier should arrive at show site by your assigned targeted date and time. On‐time carriers will
be unloaded in a first‐come, first‐served approach and your freight will be delivered to your booth immediately
after your carrier is unloaded at the dock.

Any shipments delivered to the advance warehouse will be placed in your booth by your targeted move‐in date
       and time.

What happens to my empty containers during the show?
You may pick up “Empty Labels” at the Freeman Service Center. Once the container is completely empty, place
a label on each container individually. Labeled empty containers will be picked up periodically and stored in
non‐accessible storage during the event. At the close of the show‚ the empty containers will be returned to the
booth. This process may take several hours.
How can I save money on my Bundle Package (Material Handling)?
Your bundle pricing is determined by the total weight of the freight you ship and the square footage of your
booth. You could evaluate the amount of weight you are shipping to the show in order to reduce costs.
Secondly, you should order your bundle by the published deadline April 6, 2021 to receive the discounted price.

What will I be charged if I ship to the warehouse?
Shipments delivered to the warehouse will be charged an additional surcharge per cwt on top of the regular
bundle billing for any applicable shipments. Please refer to the Material Handling form for all applicable
surcharges and costs. The Material Handling form (available July 6, 2020) is available on the NPE2021 Exhibitor
Dashboard at https://npe21.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm. A Username and Password is required. If you
don’t have a Username and Password, contact NPE2021 Show Management at exhibit@npe.org.

What happens if my shipment is late getting to the warehouse?
Shipments should arrive at the warehouse prior to the warehouse delivery deadline, April 28, 2021. Any
shipments arriving after this date could experience a delay in delivery to show site and your booth.

What will I be charged if I ship to show site?
The bundle billing includes the material handling of freight shipped to show site. You will not be charged
anything above and beyond your bundle billing if your freight arrives on your targeted move in date and time.

TARGETS:
What is a target date?
A target date is an assigned date and time that you should have your carrier checked into the marshalling yard.
This includes both the move‐in and the move‐out of the show.

What is a targeted move‐in?
A targeted move‐in means that all exhibitors are assigned a date and time that the inbound freight should
deliver to show site. This would be the date and time that you would schedule your carrier to be checked into
       the marshalling yard.

What is a targeted move‐out?
A targeted move‐out means that all exhibitors are assigned a date and time that their outbound carrier should
pick‐up from show site. This would be the date and time that you would schedule your carrier to be checked
       into the marshalling yard.

How do I know what my targeted move‐out date is? Can I change it?
Assigned target dates are available on the targeted move‐in and targeted move‐out floorplans at
       https://www.mapyourshow.com/info/NPE21/NPE2021_Target_Dates.pdf.

If you wish to request a change to your assigned target date, you should fill out the Target Date Change Request
located on the Freight & Rigging Questionnaire (available July 6, 2020), available in the Freeman Services Kit on
the NPE2021 Exhibitor Dashboard at https://npe21.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm. A Username and
Password is required. If you don’t have a Username and Password, contact NPE2021 Show Management at
       exhibit@npe.org.
Is there a deadline to request a target date change?
Any requests for target date changes should be received no later than April 6, 2021.

What are off target charges and when do they apply?
Off target charges apply to any shipment that arrives at show site after your assigned target date and time.
Please refer to the Material Handling form for all applicable surcharges and costs. The Material Handling form
and the target move‐in and target move‐out floorplans are available on the NPE2021 Exhibitor Dashboard at
https://npe21.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm. A Username and Password is required. If you don’t have a
Username and Password, contact NPE2021 Show Management at exhibit@npe.org.

What happens if my freight does not arrive on my target date?
Your delivering carrier should arrive at show site by your assigned targeted date and time. On‐time carriers will
be unloaded in a first‐come, first‐served approach and your freight will be delivered to your booth immediately
after your carrier is unloaded at the dock. Shipments arriving prior to your assigned window will be unloaded, if
time permits, after completion of the scheduled targeted shipments.

Not adhering to your assigned target date will result in delays for your delivering carrier in the marshaling yard,
with potential wait time charges from your carrier, and delay the delivery of freight to your booth. Off target
charges will apply. Please refer to the Material Handling form for all applicable surcharges and costs. The
Material Handling form and the target move‐in and target move‐out floorplans are available on the NPE2021
Exhibitor Dashboard at https://npe21.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm. A Username and Password is
required. If you don’t have a Username and Password, contact NPE2021 Show Management at exhibit@npe.org.
