4 Test reports and test results for the proof of the classification
For building product groups preliminary trials with the heaviest/thickest and lightest/thinnest quality
have to be carried out (for the most unfavourable case a complete test has to be carried out)
respectively the test results of these "border-qualities" are used for the judgement. The classification
is done according to the worst case ("Highline 630 ECT350", “Ege Tuft 650 ECT350“,
“Rawline Scala ECT350”).

5 Classification and field of application
5.1 Reference for classification
This classification has been carried out in accordance with EN 13501-1.
5.2 Classification
Due to the results of the tests carried out, the building product group “PA-ECT350” (Bfl – s1) can be
classified as following.

5.3 Field of application
The classification is valid for the building product group described in point 3 under the following end
use conditions.
Application Horizontal laid floor covering in form of tiles
Subfloors Not burnable subfloors of euroclass A1fl or A2fl with a density of at least 1350 kg/m³.
Installation fixed
Adhesive Polyacrylat-copolymer dispersion adhesive (“ege modular tackifier”) or similar.
Note: According to EN13501-1 the stated classification is valid for the tested floor covering together with
the tested adhesive, as well as for all other adhesives of the same generic type as the tested adhesive.
6 Limitations
6.1 Notice
This classification document does not represent type permission or certifying the product.
If a building product should be CE marked according to system 3 of the attestation of conformity
systems, the classification stated with this report is suitable as a basis for the declaration of the
producer according to the attestation of conformity system 3, together with a CE marking in the
context of the directive relating to construction products.
If the manufacturer plans a CE marking in connection with conformity system 3, he has to give an
explanation, which has to be attached to the relevant documents. This explanation confirms, that
there are no the specific materials, production processes or procedures (e.g. no additives of flame
retarding materials, delimitation of organic components or additions of fillers), which are improving the
burning behaviour to reach the obtained fire classification. As a consequence from this, the
manufacturer drew the conclusion that the system 3 of the attestation of conformity systems is
appropriate.
The testing laboratory therefore has played no role in the sampling procedure, although the testing
laboratory keeps appropriate references from the manufacturer ready, in order to pursue the

7 Remarks
Validity
There are no regulations concerning duration of validity in the individual test standards. As the results of the examinations refer
only to the submitted and examined samples, the report is valid for these for an unlimited period. A period of validity specified
as part of an expert evaluation is in the discretion of the consultant or the ÖTI.
The applicability of results and expert evaluations for materials not tested is in the responsibility of the applicant. Whereby an
apportionment of results as well as any specified period of validity can only be done for identically constructed products and
only as long as the product produced unchanged.
Possible national or international restrictions concerning the terms of usability of test and classification reports have to be
considered; this is not the responsibility of the test laboratory.
Sample Material
Results of performed tests only refer to the sample material provided.
Without explicit written other agreement testing is destructive and the sample material is transferred to the property of ÖTI,
which is entitled to freely decide on storage and disposal.
Issuance
The valid first issue is done in paper and has single-handed signatures. For reference purposes and filing an unsigned
electronic duplicate can be delivered in pdf format. Duplicates and translations will be marked accordingly on the cover sheet.
Quality management, Accreditation and Notification
This issue replaces report VN710 137253.2, dated 19.02.2018.
All tests and services are performed under a quality management system according to EN ISO/IEC 17025 respectively EN
ISO/IEC 17065.
The ÖTI is accredited as Testing Laboratory and Certification Body for products. It also is a Notified Body for several directives
with the registration number 0534 (see http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/newapproach/nando/). Accreditation as Testing
Laboratory was provided by Akkreditierung Austria (bmwfw). The scope of accreditation is listed on
www.bmwfw.gv.at/akkreditierung.
In this report individual non-accredited test procedures are marked with *.
According to the decree on the use of the accreditation mark (“AkkZV”) the accreditation mark is only to be used by the
accredited Conformity Assessment Body.
Application of the registration number of the Notified Body: As to personal protective equipment (PPE) the requirements of
PSA-SV § 10, BGBl. Nr. 596/1994 as amended and article 13 of the Directive 89/686/EEC have to be kept. With construction
products the application is only permitted within the declaration of performance for CE-marking.

prosecuted as civil and criminal offences; this especially to the appropriate requirements of ABGB, UrhG, UWG and criminal

Per gruppi di prodotti da costruzione vengono eseguite delle prove preliminari con la qualità più
pesante/più spessa e con la qualità più leggera/più sottile (per le condizioni più sfavorevoli devono
essere eseguiti una serie completa di prove); Per la valutazione vengono utilizzati i risultati dei test di
queste “qualità limite”. La classificazione viene effettuata in base al caso peggiore ("Highline 630
ECT350", “Ege Tuft 650 ECT350“, “Rawline Scala ECT350”). / For building product groups preliminary

La dichiarazione rilasciata dal Produttore viene conservata in archivio. Questa attesta che il processo produttivo non richiede operazioni, procedure o fasi specifiche (es. aggiunta di ritardanti di fiamma, limitazione di contenuto organico, o aggiunta di cariche inerti) che migliorino le prestazioni di reazioni al fuoco del prodotto al fine di ottenere la classificazione raggiunta. Pertanto il produttore ha stabilito che l’attestazione del sistema 3 è corretta. / If the manufacturer plans a CE marking in connection with conformity system 3, he has to give an explanation, which has to be attached to the relevant documents. This explanation confirms, that there are no the specific materials, production processes or procedures (e.g. no additives of flame retarding materials, delimitation of organic components or additions of fillers), which are improving the burning behaviour to reach the obtained fire classification. As a consequence from this, the manufacturer drew the conclusion that the system 3 of the attestation of conformity systems is appropriate. Il laboratorio di prova non ha quindi avuto alcun ruolo nel prelievo della campionatura di prova del prodotto, nonostante sia in possesso delle necessarie referenze, fornite dal produttore, per mantenere la tracciabilità del campione sottoposto a prova. / The testing laboratory therefore has played no role in the sampling procedure, although the testing laboratory keeps appropriate references from the manufacturer ready, in order to pursue the examined samples.

7 Annotazioni /Remarks
Durata di validità / Validity
Gli standard individuali citati non prevedono alcun periodo di validità. Poiché i risultati delle prove effettuate si riferiscono
esclusivamente ai campioni presentati ed esaminati, per gli stessi il rapporto ha una validità illimitata.
La durata di validità specificato come parte di una perizia, è a discrezione del valutatore ossia di OETI.
L'applicabilità dei risultati e delle perizie a materiali non testati sta nella responsabilità del richiedente. Per cui la riassegnazione
dei risultati e qualsiasi periodo di validità specifico possono essere effettuati solo per prodotti costruiti in modo identico e solo
per il periodo in cui il prodotto continuerà ad essere fabbricato in modo invariato. Occorre prendere in considerazione eventuali
limitazioni nazionali o internazionali relative ai termini di utilizzabilità dei rapporti di prova e di classificazione; ciò non è
responsabilità del laboratorio di prova. /
There are no regulations concerning duration of validity in the individual test standards. As the results of the examinations refer
only to the submitted and examined samples, the report is valid for these for an unlimited period. A period of validity specified
as part of an expert evaluation is in the discretion of the consultant or the ÖTI.
The applicability of results and expert evaluations for materials not tested is in the responsibility of the applicant. Whereby an
apportionment of results as well as any specified period of validity can only be done for identically constructed products and
only as long as the product produced unchanged.
Possible national or international restrictions concerning the terms of usability of test and classification reports have to be
considered; this is not the responsibility of the test laboratory.

Results of performed tests only refer to the sample material provided.
Without explicit written other agreement testing is destructive and the sample material is transferred to the property of ÖTI,
which is entitled to freely decide on storage and disposal.

According to the decree on the use of the accreditation mark (“AkkZV”) the accreditation mark is only to be used by the

Application of the registration number of the Notified Body: As to personal protective equipment (PPE) the requirements of
PSA-SV § 10, BGBl. Nr. 596/1994 as amended and article 13 of the Directive 89/686/EEC have to be kept. With construction
products the application is only permitted within the declaration of performance for CE-marking.
