The OPC Foundation has put together an exciting calendar of events for 2021. At this time, we are offering you the
opportunity to be a sponsor at these events (on a first come first serve basis). As you are well aware, our events give you
and your company a platform to showcase your products along with the opportunity to evangelize the OPC UA
technology.
Below, please find our global OPC Events and participation options for 2021:
Participation as a partner is easy - please fill out and sign the contract on page 3 and forward it
to: sponsor@opcfoundation.org. The OPC Foundation is looking forward to a very successful 2021

Partner Pod
During the event, you are asked to staff your booth. This is an opportunity for you to present your company’s products
while evangelizing the OPC UA technology.
Partner Pod contains two free exhibitor badges
The graphic is coordinated with you and produced by the OPC Foundation.
Each Partner Pod is equipped with
optional monitor, (VGA + HDMI Adapter/ HMI)
keyboard (USB)
mouse (USB)
flyer display
multi-outlet power strip (230V)
Internet access.

Each desk has got a locker underneath

The base cabinets of the workstations are lockable and offer space for small PC towers or servers or even
notebooks. They have 2 shelves inside and cable run 80mm ∅
Stand up Banner + Table
OPC Foundation will provide you a table with a chair.
On the table you can put everything you need/ want
Each table comes with one power outlet with standard power
On the floor beside the table you can set up only one Stand-up-Banner
During the event, you are asked to staff your booth. This is an opportunity for you to present your company’s
products while evangelizing the OPC UA technology.
A Stand-up banner must be brought along by the partner.

OPC Seminar Day
The seminar concept:
The seminar will have a clear technical focus and solutions, thus providing a valuable learning experience to
all participants. Although product presentations are not allowed at this time, we would like you to provide an
OPC UA success story which will be presented by an OPC Foundation speaker. In addition, the table top
exhibit gives you ample opportunity to discuss your solutions with interested attendees.
Agenda will look like:

10:50 – 11:20 Coffee break & exhibition
11:20 – 12:50 Presentations
12:50 – 13:40 Lunch & exhibition

16:30 End of conference
We always try to place the catering station for the
breaks in the same room and therefore close to the
partner pods.
This ensures the highest visibility for the partners
and a good opportunity to get in touch with each other.
