No.7 Healesville reserves the right to immediately conclude the function in the case of alcohol or illicit substance abuse by guests. Pursuant to the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic), No.7 Healesville must, so far as is reasonably practicable, provide and maintain for its employees a working environment that is safe and without risks to health, including psychological health. You must ensure that neither you nor any member of your party behaves in any manner prior to (including by correspondence or telephone) or during your function which poses a threat to the health, including psychological health, of any of our employees. This is an essential term of your contract with us. If in our reasonable opinion you breach this term we may end your contract with us immediately while maintaining our right to damages for breach.
