with property with all different forms of media. From property photography
to virtual tours of a home or commercial property. It goes without saying
that we only deliver the highest quality, our employees have many years

Object&co’s greatest strength is that our colleagues are located all over
the Netherlands. Our colleagues are all independent contractors

NEN 2580 MEASUREMENT REPORTS
We will measure your home or property in accordance with the
NEN 2580 standard and industry-wide measurement instructions
(BBMI). Our colleagues take measurements on site before
producing reliable measurement reports and accurate floor plans.
Our floor plans are available either with or without furniture in
either 2D or 3D format.
SPECIALS
We are crazy about the latest gadgets! Which is
why we are also able to provide you with all kinds of
specials aside from our standard packages.
OBJECTSHOW
When selling a home, we are able to provide a
complete mini website containing all the information
that a viewer might need, including a fully automated
brochure.
MATTERPORT 3D SCAN
A Matterport scan allows you to experience the
property in a unique way. The scan gives you a
complete virtual 360-degree tour of your property or

VIRTUAL IMPRESSIONS
Sometimes a property is not attractive to present
due to being vacant, having an outdated interior or
overdue maintenance, or because the home is still
under construction. In these cases, we will produce
high-quality (photo-quality) virtual impressions. These

Ron Meijer and I founded Object&co together in 2010.
A number of estate agents in the ’t Gooi region were wondering ABOUT OBJECT&CO
whether their media suppliers were able to do more than just
their own specialism. They had enough of multiple suppliers and
appointments with owners on different days
At the time, the main requirements were property photography, floor plans and sometimes a short video,
artist’s impression, brochure or an energy label. They asked: “Is there not a company that can do all this
for us?” This became the concept for Object&co: a ‘one-stop-shop’ property media supplier with the aim of
taking care of the customer’s every need.
A good idea can come from anywhere. Since the start, Object&co has continued
to grow. In 2019, we are spread across four different countries and have grown to
almost 150 employees.
