   Q: Are bar service upgrades and Signature Cock tails available?
   A: Yes, we of fer a variet y of bar service upgrades and add-on options to help you customize your event.
   Please see our Seasonal Menus for options and pricing.
   Signature Cocktails are available upon request. Please inquire with the Wedding Manager if you are
   interested in adding a Signature Cock tail.
   Enjoy use of our built-in Bristol Terrace Bar for your Bristol Room Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, or

GENERAL FAQs
   Q: When are my menu selections due and is there a tasting prior to selection?
   A: Final menu selections are due 21 days prior to your wedding date. A complimentary tasting is included
   in your package to assist you with making your final selections. Please contact the Wedding Manager to
   schedule a tasting.

   Q: When are my final guest counts due?
   A: Final guest counts are due 21 days prior to your wedding date.

   Q: What are the meal options and cost for my vendors?
   A: Vendor meals cost $50 per person and vendors may select any of the meal options chosen for your
   event. Each vendor meal includes entrée, two side dishes, soup or salad, rolls, and a sof t drink . Please
   note that passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, soups, etc. are not included in the vendor meal.

   Vendors who are provided meals must eat in Bernie’s Cafe. Vendors may not be seated at tables in the
   reception room or any other room in the facilit y except the designated area mentioned above, unless the
   bride and groom make advanced arrangements to have them seated in the reception room. Vendors will
   be fed prior to your dinner service to ensure your vendors are able to provide you with the best possible
   service during your event.

   Please note that Bristol Harbour policy prohibits vendors from consuming alcohol on premise

   Q: What is the cost for guests under age 21?
   A: The cost for guests ages 11 - 20 will be calculated by subtracting the bar cost from your selected

Q: How do we arrange our Farewell Brunch Buf fet?
   A: The final guest count for your Farewell Brunch Buf fet is due 21 days prior to your wedding date and may
   not be adjusted af ter this due date. Please see our Seasonal Menus for brunch options and minimum guest
   requirements. Your Farewell Brunch Buf fet is applied towards your required Food and Beverage Minimum
   for the Diamond, Elegance, and Classic Packages.

   Full payment for your Farewell Brunch Buf fet is due 21 days prior to your wedding date along with your
   final payment. All Farewell Brunch Buf fet charges are subject to change. All invoices are subject to New
   York State sales tax (p. 47). Brunches run from 9:30 am - 11:30 am, and are t ypically held in the room your
   reception is held in, based on availabilit y. Bristol Harbour reserves the right to determine the location of
   brunches in the event that the reception room is unavailable at time of booking.

   Q: May I use outside caterers, food trucks, or other food and beverage vendors?
   A: In accordance with New York State laws, all food and beverage must be provided by Bristol Harbour. An
   exception is made only for licensed wedding cake bakeries.

   Q: Is gratuity required?
   A: Yes, a 9% gratuit y and 6% administrative fee is added to all Food & Beverage throughout your
   celebration, including rehearsal dinner/welcome par t y, bridal suite, reception, late night snack ,
   and farewell brunch. The 9% gratuity is given entirely to wait staff who ser vice your event . The 6%
   administrative fee is for administration of the event; it is not a gratuity and it is not given to wait staff.
   Gratuity and administrative fee must be paid at the time of your final payment . If paying by check , you
   must submit two checks - one check for the combined amount of the invoice and administrative fee,
   and a second check for the gratuity. If you are paying by Credit Card, you must let us know what card to
   charge at the time you submit your final payment, but we will not charge the gratuity to the card until the
   conclusion of your event .
